松下彩电修理-松下彩电调试松下TC-25GF80R 同时按摇控器上的呼出键“RECALL”和电视机上的“VOL-”,电视机收正常工作进入维修状态,此时屏幕变为白色光栅按摇控器上的“正常”两次即可退出海信TC2111 1、同时按住电视机小门里的'F'键和遥控器上的'S'键,屏幕上出现“项目-X设定-X”;2、按F键,可轮换出现“项目-1”,“项目-2”,“项目-3”。
3、按音量增大、减小键,可轮换出现“设定-0”,“设定-1”。
4、按遥控器上'S'键就能退出特殊功能状态。
附:功能表项目-1 设定-0 取消最大音量,允许自动搜台项目-1 设定-1 设定最大音量,禁止自动搜台项目-2 设定-0开机时收看上次关机时的节目项目-2 设定-1 开机处于A V状态项目-3 设定-0 英文显示项目-3 设定-1 中文显示通过特殊功能设定可以实现下列功能:能够实现最大音量限制、禁止/允许自动搜索记忆、开机处于A V状态、中英文字符显示选择等功能。
松下CX1/MX-3C机芯有TC-2148 (TC-2158R)同时按摇控器上的呼出键“RECALL”和电视机上的“VOL-”,电视机收正常工作进入维修状态,此时屏幕变为白色光栅按摇控器上的“正常”两次即可退出松下TC-29GF32G(TC-29GF30R、TC-29GF32H )维修方式的进入与退出把音量调到零,按遥控器的定时器开关键,再同时按遥控器的二次呼叫键(+)和电视机上的音量减键,电视机便进入维修方式,松下公司称为行业模式。
此时屏幕上出现4个调整菜单。
故障自检状态进入:同时按遥控器上的定时关机键和电视上的音量向下调整键。
更换存储器 IC1211后:关断电视机,在测试点TPA14(IC1213 3脚)与地线之间接一根跳线,接通电源,新更换的存储器将自动进行初始化,然后电视机进入维修状态.断开连线,即可调整.在调整结束时,只要关掉电源,便退出维修方式。

1. 松开螺丝 (×4 ),并取下左、右扬声器盖。

1. 将等离子显示屏从维修架上取下,放置在类似桌子 (铺有 软布)的表面上,并且显示屏表面朝下。 将一块软布或类似的东西铺在桌子上进行保护,以防显示 屏表面被划伤。
2. 取下支撑架(左、右)固定螺丝(各 ×5)并取下支架(左、 右)。

5维修提示 支撑本机所使用的台座取下后盖维修位置6等离子显示屏更换方式■ 更换等离子显示屏时,先将本机放在维修台上,取下前框,然后装上显示屏,注意不要刮伤显示屏表面。
1.取下后盖和AV 连接盖板。
2.取下P 板。
a.取下P 板的连接件 (P2, P5, P7, P9, P11, P12, P23,P25, P27, P30, P31, P32, P33)。
b.松开P 板的固定螺丝(×8),之后取下P 板。
3.取下PA 板。
a.取下PA 板的连接件(PA1, PA2, PA3, PA4, PA5, PA6,PA7, PA8, PA10A, PA11, PA12, PA13, PA14, PA15)。
b.松开PA 板的固定螺丝(×4),之后取下PA 板。
4.取下D 板。
a.取下D 板的连接件(D3, D4,D6, D12, D20, D25,D27), 松开与 D 板连接的柔性电缆(D31, D32, D33,D34)。
b.松开D 板的固定螺丝(×4),之后取下D 板。
5.取下DG板, H 板 和TA、TB板。
a.取下连接件(DG2, DG3, DG6, DG8, DG10, DG12, H6,DG18), 柔性电缆(DG7),固定螺丝(×6 )。
b.和支架一起取下DG 板,H 板和TA、TB 板。
c.取下连接件(DG1-H1,DG4-H4),并松开DG 板上的螺丝(×4 )。
d.取下DG 板。
e.松开H 板上的螺丝(×6 ),之后松开TA、TB 板支架上的螺丝(×4 )。
f.取下连接件(H10,H11)和天线线缆,之后和支架一起取下TA、TB 板。
g.取下H 板。
6.取下风扇。
松开风扇的固定螺丝(×12),之后取下风扇。
7.取下PF 板。
a.取下连接件(PF2, PF10)。
b.松开PF 板的固定螺丝(×4),之后和支架一起取下PF板。

松下42PZ80C SS板电路分析及故障维修吴善龙一、42PZ80C等离子彩电,是松下公司在08年后半年推出的全高清彩电。
像素是1920X1080。
松下PDP 电视SS板在三星和LG中称之为X板。
为了让大家对SS板在整机中的位置有一个了解,先从整机方框图出发,对SS板与其它电路板间的联系作一个介绍。
建立整机印象后,对于判断故障非常有用。
上图是整机方框图,最右边的方框是SS电路板。
从图中可看出SS板与其它电路板的相互关系。
SS板是英文SUSTAIN DRIVE的缩写,中文的含义是维持发光驱动电路板。
在SS电路板的右边是4个垂直排列类似喇叭的图形,代表的是SS板与屏幕软排线的插座。
P板输出的VSUS电压(大约200VDC)经过P11------SS11进入SS板。
为SS板供电。
整机的电源开关在SS板的下方S电路板内。
电源开关的两根引线经过S1-----SS34------SS12---------P12,经过SS板到达P板,控制电源板P板的工作与否,从而控制整机电源的开和关。
SS板除了VSUS电源供电外,还有来自P板的+15V供电。
它是经过P12-------SS12进入SS板。
SS板的输入时序脉冲,来自D板。
它的信号通路:D板内放电控制电路产生SS板驱动脉冲(DISCHAGE CONTROL)---------经D33输出---------经C21进入C2板---------经C23从C2板输出------------从SS33进入SS板。
SS板内设有SS板保护检测电路:SS-BOARD SOS DETECT。
当SS板工作不正常,或是有故障时,检测电路输出高电平SOS8-SS,经SS33输出,经过C23插座进入C2板。
然后经过C21插座送往D板的D33插座,把该保护电压加到D板内屏幕扫描控制CPU,CPU据此判断SS板发生故障,驱动面板上的电源指示灯红灯闪8下。
SS板的+5V电源供电来自D板,其通路如下:从D板的D33输出----------C21------------C2板内部-----------C23插座----------SS33插座进入SS板。
