将八角,花椒和香叶放入料包或调味盒中(如没有,也可在第3步,直接放入锅中);3)锅中倒入油,待油7成热开始有点冒烟的时,放入鸡翅,保持中火双面煎黄后倒入啤酒,大葱段,姜片和料包。
调入生抽和老抽,盖上盖子煮10分钟;4)开盖后加入糖,改成大火,将汤汁收干即可。
出锅盛盘后撒上少许白芝麻。
【莲藕腔骨汤】(三种原料,一锅靓汤)原料:莲藕2根(约500克)腔骨500克姜6片清水2000ml调料:盐2茶匙(10克)做法:1)将腔骨剁成块洗净。
莲藕去皮切块。
姜洗净切片。
2)锅中倒入清水,大火加热至沸腾后,放入腔骨焯烫3分钟,捞出用清水冲去表面的浮沫。
3)将腔骨放入汤煲中,一次性加够足量清水,盖上盖子大火加热至快沸腾时,打开盖子用勺撇去浮沫。
放入姜片,盖上盖子调中小火煲30分钟。

舌尖上的滋味作文篇1没上初中前,最常吃的不是火锅,不是炒菜,也不是烤肉,而是楼下的串。
之前小学时,总觉得自己任务繁重,作业多,现在想起来都是小事,享受生活才是正道。
但那时也不常吃别的,串串才是最常吃的。
每次晚上八点多还没吃饭,或是回去晚了,都是下去吃一顿了事。
妈妈从外面回来,就穿着睡衣下楼占座位。
但我和爸通常又收拾得很慢,下楼就刚好能看见那人把锅端过来。
刚填好的底汤有些暗红色,上面静静地飘浮着几段葱。
那人端来了红汤,在灶上随便拨了几下,便是点火了。
接着便是去取菜,牛肉是不可少的了,接着便是些像鱼豆腐,丸子之类的“垃圾食品”,而我们亲切地称之为“垃圾”,于是就有了如下对话:“今天吃点什么?”“没什么,就……“垃圾”?”然后就是些土豆啊,金针菇这样的菜和一包两包方便面。
红汤往往会开的很快,虽然不曾吃过清汤。
但开过的红汤往往是一道极美的风景。
汤面上“咕噜咕噜”得冒着泡。
随之起伏的是大把的牛肉,溅落这点点的辣。
时不时的“噗”的浮出一块毛肚,捡出,不用调料,没有火锅般的复杂,有的只是单调却刺激的麻辣味道。
时不时扬起一片青菜,捡出的也是同样的火辣。
有时候会涮上鸭肠,尝尝新。
果啤是必须的,入口清凉,却不能完全掩盖口中的气息,仍是回味悠长,也有冰与火的相融,特别是吃一半后加些汤,下上方便面。
捞完面,也就结束了。
但吃串的时候,重点不完全是吃。
从一下楼,妈关上手机,我们就会静静的坐着,聊着。
