请问，你怎么选择？真实情况是，好多人嘴上会说选A,但最终大都会选B。因为人们都认为自己是聪明人，当然选B，只有傻子才会选A。
谁愿意等那么长的时间？世界变化如此之快，到头来不知道会变成什么样子，这是大多数人内心的真实想法。似乎快速获取、及时行乐是人们的天性，人们的很多心理状态是由几万年基因的进化决定的。
在远古的狩猎时代，人们过着食不果腹，衣不裹体的生活，每一天都在为食物发愁，及时猎取食物就显得尤为重要。因为工具简易，加之那时人的大脑普遍不怎么发达，要捕获一些猎物非常不容易。
并且人多肉少，你不及时吃掉食物，别人就会掠夺那些食物。即使能捕获一些大型猎物，也因为不能很好的储存，食物常常会腐败变质。所以及时获取、即使享受，在几万年的演化中，逐渐成为人们一种本领，深深嵌入人们的意识。
我们所经历的工作、圈子的人际交往或多或少会带给人一些疑问。
我的意见和想法是否能被ta接受？ ta对于我的idea又是一种怎样的想法？ 如果彼此都不满意，我们求同存异这样真的会好吗？
这种存在差异性的想法，换个角度稍加思索一番，就可以发现： 其实，人与人之间的沟通和理解几乎是不可能的。
任何尝试都可能是徒劳的，甚至很有可能因为说的太多，考虑的太过于全面而伤害到对方。 所以，最明智的做法就是与同事/合作伙伴保持距离，即使我们是主动领导者，也不要靠的太近，更不要动辄强加于人自己的观念。
我看过一本专门写日本木匠的书，叫《匠人精神》。很多人可能知道出自日本家具职人的精品家具“秋山木工”，但并不知道一个家具职人是如何修炼出来。
在大多数人眼里，好像木匠没什么好学的，是一个虽带技术却传统古老的行业，可创始人秋山利辉，不但为家具行业培养出杰出的人才，也成为各行业企业管理的典范。
一个木匠，从进入“秋山木工”开始学艺，需要长达八年的学习时间，期间还要经过这样那样的锻炼和筛选。就像秋山利辉说的：“想做事先要做人”。整整八年时间，秋山利辉用在修人上的时间95%，花在传授技艺上的时间是5%。这完全和现代人“短”、“平”、“快”的思想，形成强烈的反差。
