摘要
近年来,随着人们的生活水平普遍提高,对自身身体健康越来越重视,更加注重于其食品营养的保障,特别在果蔬类饮品上,人们更喜欢新鲜而可口的纯果汁。目前市场上现售的橙汁、苹果汁等果蔬汁,不仅价格高,而且不新鲜,甚至有些厂家在果蔬汁里添加其他成分,没有现榨的有营养、方便。同时随着现在消费形式的改变,现在有的家庭及个体经营者对小型果蔬榨汁机的要求增多,更多不单纯只是要求能对果蔬进行榨汁,还希望能同时能进行加热、制作豆浆等。与此同时,对果蔬汁的处理,榨汁机的清洗、质量等要求越来越高。
本文在总结了国内外学者在相关领域的研究成果的基础上,提出了现有榨汁机设计所需解决的问题,结合现有资料,对榨汁机设计的一些问题进行了探索,并根据相关资料和现有条件对家用榨汁机进行了创新型设计。本此设计为了使设计结果更好的满足人们的需要,首先对市场现有的榨汁机和人们对其要求做了一些的调查和统计,结合现有的榨汁机,设计对其进行了创新型改进设计,其中包括对榨汁机电动机的选用,榨汁机榨汁部件、机体壳等设计。利用Pro/E进行了三维建模,以及运用PLC 进行控制设计,确定和完成了对离心式榨汁机的具体设计方案。
相信,这款新型的榨汁机将会受广大消费者的喜爱。

At the same time as the present consumption form change, now some families and individual operators of small fruit and vegetable juicer increase, more is not only required to be on the fruit and vegetable juice, also hope to also can be heated, maki ng soybean milk etc…At the same time, processing of fruit and vegetable juice, cleaning, quality requirements more and more high juice machine.
Based on the research achievements in the field of domestic and foreign scholars, put forward necessary to solve design problems existing juicer, combined with the existing data, and explores some problems Juicer design, and in accordance with the relevant data and the existing condition of domestic juicer is an innovative design. For this design need to make better design results meet people, first of all of the existing market juicer and requirement of the people doing the investigation and statistics of some of the existing, combined with the juicer, design is innovative on the improvement of the design, including the selection of the juicer, electric machine, juicer juice components the body shell design, etc.. For 3D modeling using Pro/E, and use PLC control design, and complete the specific design of the centrifugal juicer.
