分数：Eight ninths 九分之八；three fifths 五分之三；seven tenths 十分之七；one seventh 七分之一；one fourth/a quarter 四分之一；one/a half 二分之一

小数: a few tenths 零点几（十分之几）；a few hundredths 零点零几（百分之几）；a few thousandths 零点零零几（千分之几）；a few millionths 百万分之几

表示：分数表示法+of a/an +单位（单数形式）
