3. too…to : 太…而不能注意与so…that和not enough to的替换eg.①He is too young to go to school.= He is so young that he can’t go to school.= He isn’t old enough to go to school.②He runs so fast that we can’t catch up with him. = He runs too fast for us to catch up.③The box is too heavy for me to lift.这个箱子对我而言太重了而不能提起。
注意:在too…to结构中,如果不定式(to do)后面的宾语是该句的主语,则应省去to do后的宾语。
