在飞机上服务旅客可不是那么简单的，举个例子：

如果乘务员在为旅客送饮料时，正好遇上飞机颠簸，不小心把桑果汁洒在了旅客的白衬衣上，这时飞机上找不到肥皂、洗洁精等清洁物品，那么用什么做简单处理最有效?

答案是：苏打水

大家都知道，一般飞机头等舱都配有苏打水，用苏打水清洗有色果汁比用单纯的清水洗要干净得多。当然，这只是生活小常识，不是空姐们必要掌握的理论。但理论终要付诸于生活才能体现出价值，所以说当空乘不仅要学会书本上的知识，还要从生活的点点滴滴中积累经验。

关于服务的知识还有很多，比如服务中突发情况的处理流程;飞机晚点、延误等情况的处理方法;还有各种情景练习，分发报纸、毛毯等等...

课上老师能讲到的内容还是有限的，更多的是需要新乘们在课后自己学习《乘务员手册》。看着每个女孩课桌上放的那本厚厚的《乘务员手册》，记得密密麻麻的笔记，我们就应该知道：空姐，绝不是花瓶。

用餐时间到了，本杰明在飞机上点了中餐和豆奶，一份不够可以双份，这真是满足了胃口比较大的人啦。
