Chris: What does the hint say?

Andrew: It just tells me to have another try. But it doesn’t work. Chris: Let me see. The light is flashing. So there should be something wrong with the printer. Open it and see what happened.

Andrew: There is ink in the toner.

Chris: And there is paper in the tray. I think you can restart the computer and see whether it will work.

Andrew: OK. Yes. The printer works again.

Chris: Due to some defects with the printing software, you may come across such a problem. Just restart your computer. That’s enough.
