1.Is it justified for some employers to recruit only male university

男性拥有更强的理性和逻辑思维；男性拥有体力精力上的优势；男性拥有更强的创造性思维；男性更够有更多的时间和精力花在工作上。相反女性则没有这些优势，女性做决定的时候更不果断；创造性思维方面差点；逻辑思维能力也不如男性强；还有比较重要的一点就是女性因为其生理上的劣势可能会不太适合一些工作或者需要一些照顾；女性因为要照顾家里而没有那么多时间和经历放在工作上；女性要生孩子什么的会耽误工作，影响公司的利益。

Men have more rational and logical thinking; men have the advantage on physical energy; men have more creative thinking; men can put enough time and effort on work.

But women do not have these advantages, women is not decisive , and do not have creative thinking ; logical thinking ability is not as strong as men; women may be less suitable for some work or require some care because

of their physiological weaknesses; women need to take care of the family and do not have so much time and effort on the job; when women give birth to little baby, their maternity leave will delay the work, and affect the company's interests.

首先我相信是有真爱的，裸婚就是检验是否真爱的试金石，当一个人真的愿意和你裸婚，愿意与你以期过艰苦的日子的时候，那个人是你最值得珍惜的人；当我们在适合结婚的年龄的时候我们一般都还是处于一无所有的状态，如果你想要结婚，裸婚是一个常态，也许你会说你可以选择现在不结婚啊，等到你拥有了一切拥有了世界的时候再结婚啊，可是那时候你年龄已经长了，你也没有那么多的精力再去经营一份真挚的爱情了，也许你又会说你可以一直谈恋爱下去直到有了一切再结婚啊，那么你都愿意和他多年恋爱了为什么不能直接先结婚呢，你都直到他是你的另一半了为什么不开始就选择结婚呢？当前的社会压力如此之大、社会竞争如此之激烈，我们可以选择先互相在一起，结婚后以期创造美好的生活；古人说成家立业，先成家再立业，成了家以后我们的感情就能稳定下来了，我们的生活就能够更稳定
