教法导航根据学生年龄特点,采用“全身动作反应法”(Total Physical Response)的教学方法。

五年级上册英语6单元总结小报本学期以来,我担任五年级英语的教学工作,在工作中,一方面认真向老教师请教、学习;一方面认真查阅教学资料,努力提高自身素质和教学水平。

在新学期开始,根据五年级学生的实际情况,制定了教学计划,做到让学生“乐学、会学、想学”的目的,切实提高了学生的英语水平。

为使今后的教学工作取得更大进步,现对本学期教学工作总结如下。

一、精心制定教学计划。

在本学期开始,我从五年级一班、二班、三班、四班中,随意打听了几名学生,介绍他们英语自学的现状以及就任英语老师的教学方法,同时深入细致查询上学期期末测试卷,通过介绍对每个班级的学生英语自学情况,存有了初步的介绍,从而制订了切实可行的教学计划,有步骤,存有措施的积极开展本学期教学工作。

二、努力专研教学方法。

根据教材内容及学生的实际情况,精心设计每一节教学内容及课堂,制订“分组提Elo”的方式调动学生的积极性,通过拼读单词、腰课文等方式为小组提分后,努力做到每一节课“有备而来”,每堂课都在课前搞好充份的准备工作,并制作各种有利于迎合学生注意力的教具、卡片,课后及时写下不好单元教学思考。

在课堂上强化师生交流,基本努力做到了为学生研习得难,研习得随心所欲,研习得开心;特别注意通识科细密,在课堂上我谈得尽量少,使学生存有更多动口动手动脑的机会;同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生自学市场需求和自学能力,使各个层次的学生都获得提升。

充分发挥自学小组的促进作用,在小组合作自学中调动副组长的职能,并使课堂延展至课下,创建起至了副组长监督检查机制,充份发动“大老师”的传帮带促进作用。

三、不断增强教学技能。

在教学上,有疑必问,虚心向其他老师求教,同时深入细致听到本校老师和其他学校老师的课。

通过互相听讲教给了很多,比如说课堂设计的环节上,有的老师整个课堂设计的都很简洁,过渡阶段贯通的非常自然等,努力做到边听到边谈,自学别人的优点、长处,努力提高自己的教学水平。

My Hobbies
