Abstract: with the development of the times, the progress of science, people pay more and more attention to security issues, the two countries also pay more attention to the management of construction enterprises in construction site, the construction site management is the core part of the construction management of construction enterprise, it determines whether the normal operation of the construction enterprise, is a basic work that can not be ignored. That is to say, if construction enterprises want to remain invincible in the fierce competition in the construction market, it must be the construction site management work in the first place. Site construction management level of speaking in some degree, represents the overall level of management of construction enterprises, also reflects the comprehensive ability of the construction enterprise production and construction management etc.. 摘要：随着时代的发展，科学的进步，人们越来越注重安全问题，二国家也越来越重视工程企业施工现场的管理，建筑施工的现场管理是建筑企业施工管理的核心部分，它决定了建筑施工企业能否正常运转，是一项不容忽视的基础工作。也就是说，施工企业若想在竞争日趋激烈的建筑市场之中立于不败之地，就必须将建筑施工的现场管理工作放在首位。建筑施工的现场管理水平在某种程度上来讲，代表了建筑企业的整体管理水平，同时体现出了施工企业生产建设经营等方面的综合能力。所以，对于施工企业而言，必须以市场为导向，在施工现场进行严格的管理控制，才能提高施工管理水平。
