端正教育思想,全面贯彻教育方针,努力探索教学规律,遵循教学原则,积极推进素质教育.二、教学目标在新课程理论的指导下,我将以学校教育处和英语教研组工作计划为指导,积极听课,加强课堂教学,高效地完成本学期英语教学目标。

并积极参加教科研活动,加强理论学习,努力使自身的教学水平、业务能力有更大的提高。

同时,通过传授与学生生活密切联系的英语知识,训练英语的听说能力,培养学生学习英语的兴趣和运用英语的能力,最终使学生从“学会英语”向“会用英语”发展。

三、学情分析本学期我担任七年级(5)、(6)班的英语教学工作,七(5)班共有学生57人,男生33个,女生24个。

七(6)班有学生57人,男生32个,女生25个。

在这些学生中,两个班均是男生人数大于女生,学生英语基础知识和听说能力水平不一,大部分学生虽然在小学接触过英语,但应用能力十分薄弱,特别是听力题,大部分学生听起来都很吃力。

面对学生掌握英语的程度不一,我将采用高效课堂模式,分层教学与整体教学相结合的方式完成教学任务,努力提高他们的英语水平。

另外,两班学生在情感态度、学习策略和文化意识方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。

例如:个别学生不明确学习英语的目的;有些同学对学好英语缺乏自信,不敢用英语表达;缺乏小组合作意识;一些学生没养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累。

所以,现阶段最重要的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣和积极性,帮助他们增强信心,克服困难。

除了从思想上给予引导之外,更重要的是在教学上,有针对性、目的性、有系统、有计划地上好课。

小学英语“三段五环节”教学模式初探《小学英语课程教学基本要求(试行)》指出:小学阶段英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们英语学习的积极态度,使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心;培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础;使他们形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力,为进一步学习打下基础。

也就是说,小学英语必须走出枯燥的语言知识的讲解和死记硬背的传统教学模式,要根据小学生学习的特点,创建以活动课为主的教学模式,通过适合儿童心理和生理特点的生动活泼的课堂活动,创设良好的语言环境和语用环境,使学生在愉快和自信中,保持积极的学习态度,在大量的语言实践中形成语感,养成良好的英语学习习惯,为他们升入初级中学后进一步学习英语打下基础。

然而,目前小学英语教学实际中,存在着这样的情形:一些教师虽冲破了传统的教学模式,但并没有建立起科学的教学模式体系,课堂教学的随意性很大。

不少教师对课堂教学缺乏通盘设计,导致课堂结构松散,教学目标不能落到实处。

有相当部分教师的课堂教学至今还是“教学无法”,违背教学规律的现象屡见不鲜,以致于学生产生厌倦心理。

也有部分教师有一定的具体的可操作的实际能力,但是未能将具体做法系统概括加以总结,仅停留在个别的特殊的经验上而没有能上升到一般理论,于是其好的做法和经验的推广和指导意义就大大受到了限制。

为了提高我区英语课堂教学效益以适应素质教育、社会和时代的需要,必须加快小学英语课堂教学的科学化,并把它规范化,使之成为一种适合小学生心理和生理特点的教学模式。

我们对近几年来广大教师研究构建的教学模式加以梳理、调整、改革,形成了以活动为主的小学英语“三段五环节”教学模式。

即把课堂学习分为三个阶段(图1),在三个阶段中明确五环节操作程序(图2)。

其中第一、二、三环节是信息的输入、加工编码阶段;第四环节是信息的贮存阶段;第五环节是信息的提取阶段。

三个阶段之间的关系是紧密联系、相互影响的。

信息输入和贮存是信息提取的前提,信息提取是信息输入和贮存的结果和检验。

小学英语教学设计小学英语教学设计1新学期要有新气象,作为教师也不例外。

为了更好的开展六年级的英语学习,加强班级同学们的英语词汇量与英语素养,给身处六年级冲刺阶段的学生们多增添一份力量。

为此,我在这新学期伊始之时,特意制定此英语教学工作计划如下:一、所带班级情景分析这学期我所带领的班级依然是__班,此班级的班风较为活泼,在课堂互动上也较为活跃。

可是相对的是纪律方面有所缺陷,幸而对于教学并不会构成太大影响。

可是从上个学期的期末考试成绩上和一向以来的认识来看,班级内有数量较多的同学英语成绩波动较大,在英语词汇的积累与应用上还具有一些缺陷需要弥补,而这些都是我在这新的学期里需要注意和加强的地方。

二、针对性教学方案在这个学期我除了传统上课教学下课练习模式外,还会额外添加一些英语歌曲与英语故事的教学,尝试经过趣味性的教学方式来提高班级同学们的词汇量,提高同学们对英语这一课程的理解度与自主性。

同时,因为这是小升初的考试之前的最终一学年,也是最终的冲刺准备阶段,所以我除了这些教学以外还会加强模拟考试等练习,并经过研究历年考试真题来进行有针对性的考前培训,提高学生的答题技巧以及知识运用本事。

三、个人教学工作准备1、加强自身学习研究,经过历年的考试真题来对考试可能会出现的题型题目进行一些预测,并针对预测结果来进行教学准备,以提高学生的考试本事。

2、加强与孩子们的沟通交流,明白他们学习的难点在哪里,了解自我在教学中的不足并加以改正,力求经过这种方式来让我于班级同学融为一体,共同加强学习,共同为了提高而努力奋斗。

3、一个班级中总是有成绩的高低,所以我要发挥出教师的耐心与本事来悉心教导,不抛弃任何一个学生,督促先进生,鼓励后进生,引导整个班级学习风气的前进。
