(二)新内容学习巩固1.导入语法教师询问同学们在课文中发现了一些什么不熟悉的语法结构。
然后挑一个关于when的时间状语从句询问学生什么意思。
2.学习语法(l) 时间状语从句。
老师让学生在课文中划出一些带有when的句子。
老师讲解when与时间状语从句的内在联系,“ It links two clauses into one sentence.”。
老师重点分析句子“When he was eight, he got a book about the stars.”。
老师在课件上展示句子让学生思考when在从句中位置对于其句子翻译的影响。
老师总结时间状语从句规则以及除了when以外的引导词如before, after, while, as soon as等等。

选择疑问句是说话者对问题提出两个或两个以上的答案,供对方选择其一。
选择疑问句有两种形式:一种是以一般疑问句为基础,另一种是以特殊疑问句为基础,供选择的部分用or 连接例:Are you a doctor or a teacher? 你是医生还是教师?Which would you like, tea or coffee? 你想要哪样,是茶还是咖啡?(2)选择疑问句的答句必须是完整的句子或其省略形式,不能用yes 或no 例:---- Are you going by train or by plane? 你坐火车去还是坐飞机去?---- By train. 我坐火车去3.play the piano弹钢琴play table tennis 打乒乓球Play 后接表示乐器的名词时,乐器名词前要加定冠词。
如play the piano弹钢琴,play the violin 拉小提琴Play 后接球类名词时,球类名词前不加冠词。

表示上午,下午或晚上的单词前一般用介词in,但具体到(或特指到)某一天的上午,下午或晚上应用介词on.例:on Sunday morning. 在星期日的早上On a sunny afternoon of last week 在上周一个明媚的下午6.It looked like black velvet with a million diamonds on it.Look like 意为“看起来像…”相当于be like例:Tom looks like his father. = Tom is like his father.7.Sometimes we saw stars shooting brightly across the sky. 有时我们看到流星明亮地划过天空Sometimes = at times 意为“有时“See sb doing sth 意为“看见某人正在做某事”,表示看见动作正在进行例:I saw some boys playing basketball when I passed the playground.我经过操场时看见一群孩子在打篮球See sb do sth 意为“看见某人做过某事”,侧重看见动作的全过程例:I saw those boys play basketball all afternoon yesterday.昨天我看见那些孩子打了一下午篮球。

Turn… into …意为“把…变成…”, 相当于change…into…例:We can turn water into ice. = We can change water into ice. 我们能把水变成冰Turn的其他用法:(1)用作不及物动词,意为“转动,转身“。
Everybody knows that the earth turns around the sun.人人都知道地球绕着太阳转。
(2)用作及物动词,意为“转动,旋转”He turned the handle of the door and went in. 他转动门上的把手,走了进去(3)用作连系动词,意为“变得,变成”,后接形容词和名词作表语The leaves are turning brown. 叶子正在变黄。
(4)用作名词,意为“(顺)次,轮班”It’s your turn to read now. 现在轮到你读了(5)常构成短语:Take turns 依次;轮流turn on 打开(水源,煤气,电灯等)Turn off 关(水源,煤气,电灯等)Turn up 将(音量,煤气等)调大Turn down 将(音量,煤气等)调小9.I kept studying the stars. 我一直在研究星星Keep doing sth 意为“一直做某事”例:It kept raining for three days. 连续下了三天雨Keep的其他用法:(1)用作系动词,意为“保持(某种状态)”,其后常接形容词作表语例:Please keep quiet/ silent! 请保持安静!(2)用作实义动词,意为“保管,保存;饲养;经营”。
