宾语从句考点三：从句时态（主干句的动词是过去时，如出现said/told/knew等，则从句要改为相对应的过去时）

原句是一般现在时，改为一般过去时。

Jim said: “The fastest way to travel is by plane.”

Jim said _________ the fastest way to travel _________ by plane.

原句是一般将来时will，改为过去将来时would。

There will be a meeting in five days. Jack didn’t know.

Jack didn’t know ______ there ______ ____ a meeting in five days.

原句是现在进行时am/is/are doing,改为过去进行时was/were doing.

原句是现在完成时have done,改为过去完成时had done.
