摘
要
汽车座椅的设计主要以安全性和舒适性为主,并且随着汽车工业和电子技术的飞 速发展,汽车座椅越来越舒适功能越来越齐全。本设计主要是将电动座椅与车载电脑 结合在一起,可增加座椅的记忆功能,对座椅给中信息参数实现智能化管理。全电动 调节的,前后,高低,靠背角度,前后倾斜,某些型号甚至有左右倾斜调整,都是依 靠座椅中电动机控制,你只要拨动几个开关就能调节在这种电动座椅中加一个记忆芯 片,当调节到一个最舒适的位置时,这个位置就可以被记住了,当车被别人开过时, 座椅被重新调过,只要上车后,座椅自动回到你当时设置的角度。 汽车电动座椅自动控制系统的设计方法。 系统以单片机为核心, 通过控制直流电 动机,经蜗轮蜗杆传动机构牵引座椅移动,使汽车座椅具有自动测量极限位置、手动 调节、位置记忆以及自动恢复功能。该系统使汽车座椅便于安装, 位置调节方便、 快 捷。
