The Brief Plan for Working Arrangement

of the Next Half Year XX

（Notice: This plan is, before the final working arrangement from the company is made certain to be a common understanding between the two sides, a drafted schedule for work consideration on single side. This plan may be immature so it should be subject to further discussion between the two sides to conclude a feasible and reasonable work plan based on the company’s general strategic deployment fully understood by the Party B and actual AJC market situations. All should be finally certain and decisive only after the position is taken by the Party B to begin work）

1. Cooperate culture training, Knowing about the company’s general conditions and situations, Studying the company’s regulations and systems, working flows, the general strategic idea and the existing business mode( two weeks to be taken)

Through this period, the Party B should learn and well understand all the above so that to make a sound

ideological foundation. And all the arrangement should be made by Human Resources Dept or other related executive sections.

2. In the mean time, rapidly digest all the information from training and study and then prepare market development plan based on a clear train of thought of market development is made after training and study.

1）Firstly, carry forward the existing business that may be handed over to the Party B and then make any handed job to be handled in a normal way so that to make it go further and soundly. Make it sure that the business and jobs handed over to the Party B is operated in a normal and regulated way.

2）Secondly, based on the normal running of existing business, further market research on juice concentrates and purees shall be carried out in accordance with the company’s development strategy so as to position the product market and consumer groups( mental work for market development may be started together with maintaining the existing business). According to the ongoing international

juice market situation, grasp the market trend and then make marketing direction and goal. The following data may be taken as references:

The latest Chinese AJC export situation in XX: in March, the export of Chinese AJC was maintained on increasing side: in all, the quantity of exported AJC increased from 63,000 tons( last March) to 106,000 tons ( this March), lifted by 68%. Respectively speaking to different major countries and regions: the quantity of the exported AJC to the USA increased by 90% , from 19,150 tons ( last March) to 36,430 tons( this March); to Japan, by 68%, from 6,160 tons to 10,350 tons, similar case happened to Russia. To EU, increased by 100%, up to 28,000 tons, thereinto, Netherlands acted as the main role, increased by 85% up to 12,800 tons, and Germany took the second place, increased by 83%, from 4,845 tons to 8,875 tons and then England, increased by 163%, from 455 tons to 1,220 tons.
