四、年产50000立方米(4´×8´)蔗渣刨花板生产工艺简述

Production technology in brief

1.备料工段:

Flake preparation section

原料来源是从糖厂压榨出蔗糖后的蔗渣,经糖厂打包为规格的蔗渣块且储存20-35天(根据蔗渣中的含糖剩余量)以上的蔗渣块,经皮带运输机送至开包机中,将蔗渣块开包打散。经过皮带运输机送入除髓机除髓后,合格的料通过运输机送到料仓储存。髓通过皮带运输机送到存髓料仓储存,并经高压系统送至燃烧炉进行废物利用。

Bagasse come from sugar mill and packed in standards dimension, has been stocked more than 25 days before arrived in the factory.

Belt conveyor feed bagasse to the package opener and scatter it, the bagasse should be fed into de-pith machine by belt conveyor, after de-pithed, qualified material fed into raw material bin. The pith will be transport to pith bin for storage, then send to the boiler by high-pressure system.

2.干燥施胶工段:

Drying section

蔗渣由料仓出料螺旋输送到一极干燥机(烟气干燥机)中干燥处理,一级干燥后的原料送至二极干燥机(转子干燥机)干燥处理,使干燥后蔗渣含水率符合工艺要求。通过防火螺旋运输机将干蔗渣送至矩形摆动筛进行分选。如有火星发生,防火螺旋自动反转,将带有火星的物料排出机外。

Bagasse will be fed into primary drying system. Then sending to secondary drying system, make sure the moister qualified for the technics. And drying it into proper moisture bagasse according to production technology, then dried flake fed into

rectangular swinging unit by fire-proof screw conveyer. If there are sparks, the fire-proof screw counter-turning and discharge flake automatically.

蔗渣分选工段:

Sifting and Milling Section

矩形摆动筛将干蔗渣进行筛选,表层料经过风机送至表层蔗渣料仓中储存,芯层料经风送系统送至芯层蔗渣料仓中储存。不合格的蔗渣大料,经螺旋运输机

送至筛环式打磨机进行打磨,打磨后的物料经过风机送至矩形筛选机中再次筛选

Rectangular swinging screen sifting dried-bagasse. Surface flake sent into bin by blower. Core flake sent to core flake bin for storage by pneumatic conveying system. Unqualified flake sent to ring mill by screw conveyer. Then, the flake will be sent into rectangular screen for screening again by flower.

在芯表层料仓中贮存的蔗渣原料,分别经出料螺旋送至芯表层计量料仓中进

行计量,计量料仓的计量皮带将芯表层原料按工艺要求分别送至芯表层拌胶机,经拌胶后的物料通过运输机送至铺装机。

计量料仓装有称重传感器,对于芯表层料配比和施胶量能准确的计量,并将信号反馈至供胶系统。芯、表层拌胶机为环式高速拌胶机,采用喷雾式喷胶系统,拌胶均匀、能有效的克服胶斑现象、节约胶料降低生产成本。调胶系统可自

动、手动控制。

The bagasse storied in the core-surface flake bin will be sent to measure-bin, and then, sent to the core flake glue blender and surface glue blender separately by measure-belt based on process requirements, then, sent to the forming machine by conveyer.

The weight-sensor is installed in the measure-bin for measuring the accuracy of sizing amount and proportion on surface- layer & core-layer, and then, feed back to sizing-supply system. The glue blender is ring-type one with high speed rotary, the
