2、学完本模块后,你有哪些收获?
答:学习本模块,我有不少收获:
(1)信心和决心倍增。

老师批改作业如此认真敬业,感召着我努力学习,那逐渐被职业倦怠吞噬的上进心重新被救起,对未来的学习充满信心并决定坚决完成培训。

(2)进一步明白理论学习对实践很有指导意义。

学习“教学策略”部分,我结合自己的教学实践,有豁然开朗之感,对自己今后使用教学策略更明确更恰当。

(3)掌握了教学过程设计的方法。

学习本模块才知道设计教学过程还可以采用表格式,才知道备课不仅要备“教师行为”,还要备“学生活动”,并要写出“设计意图”,因为教学活动是教师与学生的双边活动。

答:学完了本模块的内容后,我对培训过程和培训内容很满意,提一点不成熟的建议:案例涵盖更多学科。

譬如第三模块中必选案例《有理数的乘方》,因长期未接触数学知识,感觉非常陌生吃力,希望能够提供更多学科的案例资源,可供选择、学习和分析。

答:在本模块的学习中我首先了解了教学模式的结构、特点和功能,初步了解了各种教学模式、了解了教学策略的基本特征、基本类型,结合相关案例以及自己的教学实际,对教学模式及教学策略的选择运用基本掌握。让自己在设计教案时,目的性更明确,设计更有实效性,另外,自己感觉通过学习,提高了自己分析问题的能力,理论知识有了一定的积累,而且在这些知识的指导下,结合自己的经验对一些教学设计提出自己的看法,使自己的能力进一步得到提高。另外,在课程讨论区进行了积极的讨论交流,很多老师观点鲜明,论述有理有据,并结合他们的教学实际进行分析、阐述,使我真正学到了不少优秀老师的好观点、好方法.总的来说,通过这个模块的学习,感觉自己理论知识有所内容丰富、同时也感觉到有理论指导,有同行在QQ上交流、有老师在网上指导,完成工作比较轻松,效率较高。

模块三的内容很多,我学的很辛苦。

经常起早贪黑的学习。

因为每个人都学,不好意思麻烦别人。

但我刻苦学习,向老师和同事请教。

在模块三的学习中,我阅读了前三个活动的理论,完成了三个主题活动:必选案例分析、可选案例分析两个,并运用文字编辑工具进行了《加、减法的笔算》一课的教学设计,这样我的理论知识得到进一步的提升,比如对教学模式、教学策略有了更深层次的认识,同时还努力的在自己的教学实践中采取不同的教学模式、教学策略,让自己的教学更加有声有色。

从而我的操作水平也有了一定的提高。

2、学完本模块后,你有哪些收获?答:学完本模块后,我对word软件又有了新的认识,同时让我深切感受到了学习的必要性和重要性。

在本模块的学习中我首先了解了教学模式的结构、特点和功能,以及教学模式的发展历史,初步了解了各种教学模式、了解了教学策略的基本特征、基本类型,初步弄清了教学模式和教学策略的的联系和区别,让自己在设计教案时,目的性更明确。

通过这个模块的学习,感觉自己理论知识有所内容丰富在本模块的学习中我首先了解了教学模式的概念和特点,初步了解了各种教学模式、了解了教学策略的基本特征、基本类型,初步弄清了教学模式和教学策略的的联系和区别,让我真是开了眼界。

3、学完了本模块的内容后,你对培训过程和培训内容有哪些意见和建议?答:本模块的学习内容很多,也很丰富,培训内容很有价值,但由于时间有限,加上繁重的教学任务,学习也只是走马观花,了解了个大概,没有深入的吸收消化,有些知识点理论性强,一时难以吃透,令人感到遗憾。

如果在时间的安排更充裕一些,就更美了。

在整个学习过程中,批阅作业的老师们,你们非常的辛苦,十分感谢你们对学员作业的评析及肯定。
