—————《肖申克的救赎》

IMDB评选15部佳片之一，可以说《肖申克的救赎》

是90年代最好最经典最值得推荐的影片之一绝不为过！

和以往那些讲述阴暗晦涩牢狱生活的监狱片有所不同

的是，《肖申克的救赎》是一部讲述友情、困顿、希望

与梦想的电影，剧中的男主角冷静的心态、不屈的斗志、

足智多谋的设计、锲而不舍的精神非常令人感动。这部

电影最能打动人心之处，便是自始至终都能给予人们希

望。总的来说，这是一部值得再三品味的电影佳作。引

导学生在了解故事梗概后，在观赏电影片段中赏析品鉴

电影的经典台词以及翻译。

1.导入&电影内容简介The Shawshank Redemption （肖申克的救赎）

Andy Dufresne, a mild mannered New England banker, is convicted of murdering his wife and her lover. Despised at first by the other inmates because of his introverted manner, Andy slowly forges an unlikely friendship with Red, a seasoned lifer and his gang. Soon, Andy also becomes popular with the prison guards, including the vicious Captain Hadley who offers him protection against the jail's rougher convicts in exchange for financial counseling. The prison warden also takes advantage of Andy's banking knowledge by exchanging privileges for creative bookkeeping. Over a twenty year period, Andy is able to maintain his sanity and dignity in prison not by physical force but by mental force. His smarts and confidence keep him going and he is able to teach the other prisoners that hope is the ultimate means of survival.

Som-e things are better left unsaid.I’d like to think they were singing about somethings so beautiful,it can" t expressed in words,and it makes y-our heart ache because of it.I tell you, th ose voices soared higher and farther than anybody in a great place dares to dr eam. It was as if some beautiful bird had flapped into our drab little cage an d made these walls dissolve away, and for the briefest of moments, every last man is Shawshank felt free.

Andy Dufresne: I have to remind myself that some birds don’t mean to be caged . Their feathers are just too bright. And when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up. DOES rejoice. Still, the place you live in is that much more drab and empty that they’re gone. I guess I just miss my friend.
