Parker软管使用说明尊敬的客户朋友:针对广大用户对CNG软管的使用方法、使用寿命、更换周期、更换条件等的迫切需求,我公司根据软管生产商的原英文使用说明翻译成中文使用说明,以便广大用户理解,有此说明书,就能更好的明确软管的使用方法和更换依据。

CNG软管CNG软管应用于天然气输送和加气机系统等。

最高使用温度为180F。

CNG软管不能运用于没有足够通风的局限空间。

注意:首先必须组装起来检漏,检漏遵从GAG规则。

具有明火处或者具有打火装置处,不能够使用。

检漏液体必须回清洗掉,软管上不得残留检漏液。

需更换条件包括:1. 有渗漏物;2. 软管上有膨胀气泡或者软点3. 过度磨损4. 破裂或者折损5. 纠结或拧捏6. 将软管置于超过180F(82.2C)或者低于-40F(-40C)7. 软管错位或者变形CNG软管符合ANSI/ISA NGV 4.2-1999 CSA 1.52-M99条款。

This was because the EO-2 series, built on the classical cutting ring principle, has an elastomeric seal integrated into the fitting system - a totally new development. This primarysealing element acts between the in-ternal cone of the fitting body and the tube surface and so here blocks the only potential leakage path. Thanks to its large cross-section, the seal profile safely closes off, also where there are unfavourable tolerances - and even when these are present in low-viscos-ity media such as gases and water. So the “sweating”, so much feared by users can be excluded at connection points.When it comes to the word “user”, Klaus Wintersig praises the EO-2 system assembly inspection. “Due to the design, a defined depth of cut is dictated by the EO-2 fitting. If the gap between the sealing and retaining ring is closed, the assembler senses very clearly that the assembly is complete and the user can start assembly inspection.”Its functional nut is another advantage of the EO-2 system. Such important components as the retaining ring and seal are integrated into the nut and are pretty well unloseable. “With this design, potential assembly errors are completely avoided and assembly times reduced”, says a convinced Wintersig.Because Kirow Ardelt’s cranes and vehicles are used throughout the world and if a repair requires rapid re-placement of fittings, there is another argument in favour of the EO-2 series. PARKER 扣压式软管接头实现不剥胶一体化设计,预扣压的套筒内部特殊的齿形设计则是可靠连接的关键所在。

不剥胶软管,不剥胶扣压接头,不需调节的扣压设备,构成PARKER软管总成的完美组合。

ARKER液压软管具有防腐、耐高温、抗拉强度高,柔韧性好等诸多性能,而被广泛采用在各行业的液压工程中,软管有一层至多层纤维编织增强层( 6 层以上),有低、中、高、超高三种压力等级,有轻、重两系列,公称通径在 3 —32mm 。

有普通型和特殊型两种软管以满足在普通环境及特殊环境下使用,先进的不剥胶软管极大减轻装配劳动强度,广泛应用在各行业液压系统管路中。
