F:Yes.

Z:Are you a chauvinist or a feminist?

F:No.

Z:So why did you think that women should get the same pay as they have did the same work?

F:Because in the fact,it is hard for them to do the equal work when they do the same work.For example,when a man and a woman do the same work, there is no doubt that the man will take more responsibilities as a chief and the woman usually does the assistant’s work.so how can you say that women should get the same work pay when they do the same work?

Z:Although in reality,it is difficult for men and women to get the equal work,the topic we will debate then is that if they have the equal work,they should get the same pay.The normal salary system should put the fairness in the first place.Then the salary system cares about staff”s efficiency. How do you think about the decisive factor of pay?The pay should be decided by personal ability or gender?

F:We agree that the pay should be decided by personal ability. But the fact is that it is generally accepted that the working efficiency of men is higher than women. Because it is typical of women to talk when they are working while man prefer to getting down to their work. and especially when women take time off to have children, they don’t always recover the same power when they return to work. And through the long maternity leave, they may be unfamiliar with their work.so we support that men`s working ability is better than women.

Z:Now that my fellow debater has just mentioned that women should take time off to have children.In the human history,based on the difference of man and woman’s physiology,it comes to be a common:the Physical work should be done by man.Maybe it seems unfairly.But considering that women has to accomplish the job to have a baby,so it will take less time when they do the job.And if we pay less money to women by this reason,it is ridiculous and illegal.Well,what do you think about that women should set the task of feeding babies?Can that task be one special way for women to work?
