[摘要]随着动漫产业的发展，以及人们生活质量的提高，三维模型的设计在目前市场上的需求量是越来越大。目前，对于三维设计的软件有许多。

AutoCAD 是由美国 Autodesk 欧特克公司于二十世纪八十年代初为微机上应用 CAD 技术而开发的绘图程序软件包，经过不断的完美，现已经成为国际上广为流行的绘图工具。

3DS MAX 是当前世界上销售量最大的三维建模，动画及渲染解决方案。他将广泛应用于视觉效果，角色动画及下一代的游戏。至今 3dsmax 获得过 65 多个业界奖项，而 3dsmax 将继承以往的成功并加入应用于角色动画的新的 IK 体系，为下一代游戏设计的交互图形界面，业界应用最广的建模平台并集成了新的 subdivision 表面和多边形几何模型，集成了新的 ActiveShade 及 Rend er Elements 功能的渲染能力。同时 3dsmax 提供了与高级渲染器的连接比如mental ray 和 Renderman，来产生特殊的渲染能力如全景照亮，聚焦及分布式渲染。

Maya 是美国 Alias|Wavefront 公司出品的世界顶级的三维动画软件，应用对象是专业的影视广告，角色动画，电影特技等。Maya 功能完善，工作灵活，易学易用，制作效率极高，渲染真实感极强，是电影级别的高端制作软件。

Softimage XSI 是动画制作的顶级软件，和同类比起来最大的优点是输出质量好，原因是它集成了 metalray 渲染器，后来发展到增加了非线功能的 XSI，更是 hollywood 的利器。

LightWave3D 是由美国 NewTek 公司开发的一款高性价比的三维动画制作

软件,它的功能非常强大,是业界为数不多的几款重量级三维动画软件之一。LightWave3D 从有趣的 AMIGA 开始,发展到今天的 8.5 版本,已经成为一款功能非常强大的三维动画软件,支持 WINDOWS 98 / NT / 2000/ Me，MAC OS9/Xp。被广泛应用在电影、电视、游戏、网页、广告、印刷、动画等各领域。

Xara3D 一个简单的 3D 程序，你甚至不需要学习，就可以创作出用于你的网页的高品质的 3D 文字标题，所有的图片全都具有光滑平整的专业品质，它也可以创建高品质的动画 GIF 和 AVI。另外还有 3d 动画制作软件MotionBUilder 和 3d 渲染软件 Lightscape 等。

经过不周山动画公司两周的培训，我们对于MAYA软件也有了一定程度的理解和掌握。本次论文主要介绍MAYA2009软件的应用。
