设备制作周期:收到定金之日起150个天完工(制作时间100天、安装调试时间50天)。

A、设计图纸:Design Drawing

乙方在设备验收前,向甲方交付:文字版或电子版技术资料一套,包括:

设备主要性能、技术参数、主要机械结构图、网管图、电器原理图及接

线图。

Before acceptance of the equipment, HEKEDA will supply the following

documents to the customer: 1 set English text version and Chinese version or

an electronic version of the technical information, including: major equipment

performance data, technical parameters, the main mechanical structure

drawings, piping diagrams, electrical schematics and wiring diagram

B、使用说明书Operation instruction

乙方在设备验收前,向甲方交付:设备使用手册及维护保养手册各一套。

Before acceptance of the equipment, HEKEDA will supply 1 set of equipment

operation manual and maintenance manual in English version to the customer.

C、易损件、关键部件Consumable Parts and main parts:

乙方在设备验收前,向甲方交付一套易损件、关键部件的清单。

Before the acceptance of the equipment, HEKEDA will supply the consumable and main parts list to the customer

D、技术培训Technical Training

技术培训人员为机电工程师和现场操作工人,培训内容为机械及电气维

修、保养和生产线操作。

Provided technical training for the operators, training content is including

mechanical and electrical repair, maintenance and plating line operation.

E、质保期及服务方法Warranty Period & Service

乙方所提供的设备保修期为一年。保修期内,凡该生产线所出现的非人

为因素损坏故障,乙方都将负责免费维修。对其它原因造成的损坏,以

及保修期结束后,乙方仍将以优惠的价格为需方提供服务。

Warranty period of the equipment is 1 year. During the warranty period, the

damage caused by non-human factor, HEKEDA will be responsible for the free

repair or replacement. Damages caused by other factors or after the warranty

period, HEKEDA will continue to provide services with reasonable price to the

customer.

F、应急响应时间Emergency Respond Time

乙方在接到甲方通知后,2个工作小时内给予明确答复,24个工作小时

赶到现场。

After receiving the notice from the customer, HEKEDA will respond to the customer within 2 hours. HEK EDA‘s service engineer will arrive the site within 24 hours

2、生产线的设计使用寿命≥12年。

售后服务After sale service

a、本装置(RO反渗透膜及其它另有规定的除外)质保期为现场安装结束后12个月。质保期内凡因买方原因造成本装置出力不够、水质不合格及其它与本技术规范约定不相符合的情况,卖方负责免费处理或更换相应的设备或部件;

Guarantee period of the machine is 12 months (exclude: RO reverse osmosis membrane and mentioned) after finished the installation.

if unusual phenomenon occurs like water disqualification and other technology are not according with the agreement,supplier will be responsible for the free repair or replacement.

b、在质保期内,在正常使用、维护保养的情况下,主要设备部件出现两次以上故障,买方有权要求退货;所产生的相关的一切费用由卖方承担;

Under the normal operation and maintenance condition, if the main parts occur two times stoppage, the buyer should has right to return goods and related costs from supplier.

c.我公司对所提供的设备负责终身维护,对保修期外的服务可协议收取配件成本费及服务费;

Supplier has responsible for maintenance the machine lifetime, after the warranty period, supplier continues to offer the technical service, but replacing the spare parts, supplier only charge for material and service fee.

a. 我公司将每六个月一次对客户进行一次回访,了解并处理工程运行过程中出现的各种问

题;

Supplier will be every three months to check the machine whether is running good or not.
