摘要

一汽汽车公司，起步于上世纪53年，第一汽车肩负中国汽车工业进展的重任，经历了建厂创业、产品换型和工厂改造、上轻型车和轿车三次大规模进展时期，产品生产由单一卡车向轻型卡车和轿车方面进展。仓库作为整个公司的核心，担负着存储、保管还有诸如分拣、包装等加工增值的工作。公司既要追求多创利润的目标，增加收入，扩大库存量，又要千方百计地降低成本，节能降耗。仓库差不多进展成了围绕物资的以存储空间、储存设施设备、人员和作业及治理系统组成的仓储系统，功能也延伸到包括运输、仓储、包装、配送、联通加工和信息等一整套的物流环节。

本文就公司存在的问题对仓库进行优化设计，围绕仓库布局，物品摆放，货品保管，安全隐患等问题进行优化或重新设计。通过设施布置设计计算分析其中问题，结合仓库治理方法提出方案。

In this paper, the problems the company to optimize the design of warehouse. Around the warehouse layout, display items, goods, custody, security issues such as optimization or re-design. Through the facilities layout design problem in which calculation and analysis, combined with warehouse management proposals.
