乳腺微小钙化细针定位切除

操作方法
• 手术前;放射科 侧位 轴位双向 钼靶 • 用标记针(标记钢丝放入穿 刺 针 内 成 为针芯)进行穿刺。 • 取立位：将乳腺固定在钼靶机夹板上，使之处于压迫状态， 将乳腺内钙化点的位置定位于坐标孔内。 • 穿刺点皮肤常规消毒后。 将穿刺针（用前检查针芯在穿 刺针内的活动度）沿平行于胸壁方向经皮肤刺入 ，当针 尖到达钙化灶时停止进针 。反复侧位和轴位微调 • 摄片观察穿刺针的位置 ，如果位置合适便可一手固定钢 丝 ，一手拔除穿刺针 ，将带有倒钩的金属定位线留在乳 腺内 供手术参考。 • 流程图

钙化灶的形成机制及组成
软组织内有固态钙盐沉积,则称病理性钙化。 • 病理性钙化:分为营养不良性钙化和转移性钙化两 类。 • 营养不良性钙化指继发于局部变性、坏死组织或 其他异物内的钙化,体内钙磷代谢正常,血钙不升高。
