1.1海德堡中国（下称“海德堡”）一贯重视用户的信息及隐私的保护，在您

使用海德堡的服务和/或在海德堡购买产品时，海德堡有可能会收集和使

用您的个人信息及隐私。为此，海德堡通过本《用户信息及隐私保护政

策》（以下简称“本《隐私政策》”）说明您在使用海德堡的服务和/或在

海德堡购买产品时，海德堡是如何收集、使用和分享这些信息的，以及

海德堡向您提供的访问、更新、控制和保护这些信息的方式。

Heidelberg China (hereinafter referred to as “Heidelberg”) has always been

attaching importance to the protection of user information and privacy, and

when you use the services and/or buy the products from Heidelberg, your

personal information and privacy may be collected by Heidelberg. Therefore,

via this User Information and Privacy Protection Policy (hereinafter referred

to as the “Privacy Policy") Heidelberg will demonstrate how we collect, use

and share these information when you use the services and/or buy the

products from Heidelberg, and the way of visiting, updating, controlling and

protecting such information provided by Heidelberg.

第二条信息定义和范围

Definition and Scope of the Information

2.1本《隐私政策》所述的用户信息，是指姓名、住址、出生日期、身份证

号码、银行账号、电话号码、企业名称、经营范围、税务等信息（以下

统称“用户信息”）。

The user information described by this Privacy Policy refers to following

information: name, address, birth of date, identity card number, bank

account, telephone number, enterprise name, business scope, taxation etc.

(hereinafter jointly referred to as the “User Information”).

2.2上述用户信息，包括您在首次使用海德堡的服务和/或首次在海德堡网络

平台购买产品之前就已经形成并确定的信息，以及您接受服务和产品过

程中不时更新的信息。

The abovementioned User Information, including the information formed

and ascertained before you start to use Heidelberg’s service and/or buy the

product from Heidelberg network platform for the first time, and the

updated information from time to time while you are enjoying the service

and product.

3.1海德堡有可能将用户信息用于下列某一个或者某几个目的和用途：

Heidelberg may use the User Information for one or more of following

intent(s) and purpose(s):

(1)账户注册和登录、身份验证、货款支付、运输、售后等服务；

for account register and login, authentication, payment on goods,

transportation, after-sales services and so on;

(2)产品及市场分析、商业模式评估和改进、新商品推荐等业务；

for product and market analysis, business model assessment and

improvement, new product recommendation and other businesses;

(3)广告和其他促销及推广活动效果的评估和改进；

for advertisement and other promotion, and the evaluation and

improvement of the effects of promotion activity;

(4)网站或者App软件版本的升级、改版；

for version upgrade and revision of website or App software;

(5)其他的用于改进海德堡的服务、提升用户体验的目的。
