同时,对各学校紧缺的年级英语学科,由学校安排本科以上具有英语教学经验的教师担任专任教师,对在教学实践中教学能力差、成绩不突出的专任教师随时进行调整。
目前,全镇各学校有英语专任教师12名,配备数量齐全、素质优良、能力过硬。
二、强培训,提高整体素质。
教师素质是学科质量的保证。
近年来,峄山镇立足培养“业务型、专家型、创新型”教师为目标,不断加大对英语专任教师的培训力度。
去年以来,在市教研室领导的关心支持下,先后组织开展青年教师赛课、联片教研、送教下乡等近10个班次的培训交流活动。
去年暑期,组织12名英语教师赴浙江大学学习,凡是市教研室、进修学校组织或自行参加的培训活动,镇教办都积极组织人员参加。
同时,利用《XX教育》杂志及教办博客等宣传阵地,积极培养、宣传、树立优秀英语教师典型,李XX 等一批优秀的青年教师迅速脱颖而出,成为全镇青年教师学习和效仿的榜样。
三、抓教研,优化工作机制。
为改变过去教研工作华而不实的做法,去年以来,峄山教办实施了兼职教研员制度,将每学科骨干教师纳入镇教研员,由各校“教研员”带动学科教研,形成镇—教研员—全体教师三级教研网络。
坚持每月每学科开展一次集体教研活动,每次都有主题、有问题、有目标,分析教材,剖析案例,精研课题,提出问题,集体解构,教研活动取得扎实成效。
同时,坚持开好“三个会”,即学期初的学情教情预测会、学期中的质量分析会、学期末的质量总结会,让成绩优秀教师分析试卷、讲评教材、传授经验。
抓实教学常规,从学生书写、朗读、作业等小细节入手,夯实教师授课方法、学生习惯养成等基础性工作。
各位领导,正如作风建设永远在路上,在小学英语教学工作中,我们的任务、目标也永远在路上。
我们深知,峄山镇英语教学才刚刚起步,与城区市直学校、与兄弟镇街相比,我们的差距还很大。
我们将把这次领导给我们峄山的发言机会作为鞭策和鼓励,作为新的起点和动力,多比较,找出自身差距;多学习,提高自身能力;多创新,增强工作主动性;多总结,找对努力的方向;多付出,切实提高英语教学的实效性和成功度,让学生感知英语、知趣英语、享受英语,为学生成功成才奠基,为峄山教育和全市英语教学质量再上新台阶做出应有的贡献。
