摘要

通过对黑山水库的了解,为了进一步解决问题,对水库大坝安全现状有一个准确的评价,对黑山水库进行除险加固初步设计。黑山水库是以灌溉为主,兼顾防洪、发电和养殖等的综合水利工程。虽然经过多次加固改造,水库基本能够维持运行,但该水库仍存在许多需要解决的问题,目前存在的主要问题是:拦河坝坝顶防浪墙利用1975年兴建的防浪墙基础,心墙顶高程101.45~99.5m,与浆砌石防浪墙基础之间有0.75~2.7m透水层,严重威胁大坝安全。大坝坝顶宽度只有3.5m,不满足规要求的最小宽度要求。大坝上游护坡面在冰线一带,97m—99.5m间冬季由于冰压护坡面隆起。溢洪道左侧公路路面高程仅为102.61m,低于计算坝顶高程和现状坝顶高程,使水库不能形成封闭区,影响水库及下游防洪安全;收缩段及陡槽段底板和边墙不满足抗冲允许流速要求;溢洪道尾水直冲公路。防浪墙自建成就有裂缝,并产生新的裂缝。输水洞闸门的关闭不严,漏水严重,启闭塔基部横向断裂。黑山水库没有大坝的变形、浸润线和渗漏观测设施,无上坝公路。通过对工程建设及影响区域的自然环境、社会环境现状的调查,结合主体工程设计,确定工程建设单位的水土流失防治责任围,明确其承担的防治责任,并根据工程建设的特点和需要,采取有效的防治措施。

我通过该工程的设计全面系统地总结学习成果,并在计算、制图、写作、查阅文献和计算机应用等基本技能方面得到了进一步训练,完成了论文要求的主要容。

Abstract

Through the understanding of Montenegro, in order to further reservoir dam, solve the problem of security, to have an accurate evaluation of Montenegro reservoir danger-eliminating and reinforcing the preliminary design. Montenegro reservoir is mainly for irrigation, flood control, power generation and cultivation of comprehensive water conservancy project. Although after many reinforcement, basic reservoirs can maintain the reservoir operation, but there are still many problems need to be solved, The main problem that exists at present is: dam crest wave using1975 build wall foundation, core wall top elevation of 101.45~99.5m, and masonry wall between0.75~2.7m permeable layer, seriously threaten the safety of the dam. Dam crest width of only3.5m, do not meet the requirements of the standard minimum width requirements. Dam upstream slope protection in ice along the line,97m - 99.5m in winter due to ice pressure slope surface uplift. Spillway left highway pavement elevation is only 102.61m, below the crest elevation of crest elevation calculation and current situation, so that the reservoir can not form a closed area, affect the reservoir and downstream flood control safety; contraction and chute soleplate and the side wall can not meet the requirements of the spillway of permissible velocity; tail water straight road.

Since the achievement of wall cracks, and the generation of new crack. Water conveyance tunnel gate is not tightly closed, water leakage is serious, hoist tower of horizontal fracture. Reservoir Montenegro no dam deformation, infiltration and seepage observation facilities, supreme dam road. Based on the project construction and the regional natural environment, social environment present situation investigation, combined with the engineering design, engineering construction units of the soil erosion prevention and control responsibilities, clear its commitment to prevention liability, and according to the construction characteristics and needs, to take effective control measures.

I through the engineering design systematically summarized in learning outcomes, and in computing, drawing, writing, literature and other computer applications basic skills were further training, completing a dissertation the main content of the requirement.
