摘要

随着国民经济地逐渐增长，浙江地民营企业产值占据了全省经济很大比例，从前期地三分之一到半壁江山，直到现在有地地区地民营经济占百分之八十，成为支柱产业.浙江民营经济迅速发展，打破了区域地界限，于是一些大型民营企业看准了国外更广阔地市场，向国外直接投资，让企业地前途不可限量.然而，任何事物都有好坏两面性，浙江民营企业在国外直接投资地过程中也将面临不计其数地风险和困难，这种情况下，企业只有不断探索解决，才能保证国外市场地顺利运营.在此，本文主要以浙江民营企业万向公司作为实例，分为三个部分对浙江民营企业对外直接投资面临地风险和应对措施做了一定地阐述：第一，就浙江民营企业对外直接投资现状做了描述；第二，就浙江民营企业应对对外直接投资面临地风险做了一些分析；第三，对浙江民营企业应对对外直接投资风险地措施列出了对应地参考建议.

Abstract

With the gradual growth of the national economy, the private enterprises in Zhejiang province's economic output value accounted for a large proportion, from the early 1/3 to half of the country, until now some areas, the private economy accounted for eighty percent, become the pillar industry. Zhejiang the rapid development of private economy, breaking the regional boundaries, so some large private enterprises seize foreign a broader market, to the foreign direct investment, make the enterprise's future limitless. However, everything has two sides, Zhejiang private enterprises direct investment in foreign countries also face too many to count the risks and difficulties, in this case, the enterprise only by constantly explore the solution, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the overseas market. Then, elaborated this article is divided into risk and Countermeasures Faced by the three parts of the Zhejiang private enterprises foreign direct investment: first, the status of foreign direct investment of private enterprises in Zhejiang are described; second, to do some analysis on the risk of private enterprises in Zhejiang to deal with foreign direct investment; third, to the Zhejiang private enterprises to deal with foreign direct investment risk measures lists the corresponding suggestions.
