1、阿特拉斯空压机简介
阿特拉斯GA110-7.5FF型空压机属于喷油式螺杆压缩机，其主要参数和主要部件如下：

2.3、主机头
作用：利用一对相互啮合转子的高速旋转，将吸入的空气和油雾进行压缩后排出。

作用：分离主机头压缩后的油与气的混合物，同时起储存润滑油的作用。
2.5、油过滤器
作用：过滤油路中的杂质，确保主机正常运行。
2.6、冷却系统
作用：包括后冷却器和油冷却器，都为板翘式冷却器。后冷却器主要冷却压缩空气，降低其中的水分，油冷却器对压缩后吸收大量热量的高温润滑油进行冷却，再循环使用。

二、主要工作部件及作用
2.1、空气过滤器
作用：该过滤器为干式纸质过滤器，主要滤除压气机进口空气中的粉尘等杂质，避免螺杆转子过早磨损。
2.2、卸荷阀
2.2、卸荷阀
作用：根据系统压力，通过电磁阀的得失电，调整阀的位置以控制空压机进气口的大小，达到控制空压机加、卸载的目的。
2.7、冷干机
作用：利用冷媒与压缩空气进行热交换，把压缩空气温度降到2～ 10℃范围的露点温度，使压缩空气中含水量趋于超饱和的状态，从而除去压缩空气中的水分。

Air compression is achieved by the interaction of a fixed and orbiting scroll. Air at inlet pressure enters the compression chamber at the exterior side of the scroll element.
