3.1 交货时间TimeofDelivery:收到预付款后25个工作日内,

每批货物装运启航后，卖方即以邮件通知买方合同、货名、数量、重量、总值、开航日期和目的口

岸。

ImmediatelyaftertheGoodshavebeenshippedanddeparted,theSellershallnotifytheBuyerbyemailthecon

tractnumber,nameofGoods,quantity,weight,totalvalue,FlightNo.,shippingdateandtheportofdestination.

100%byT/T.(30%ofcontractvaluewillbepre-

paidbyT.T.;therest70%ofcontractvaluewillbepaidagainstthecopyofB/L.

100%电汇（合同签订后电汇30%预付款，70%的余款凭提单副本付清）

根据不同的条款提供不同的收款帐户

8 检验与验收

cceptance 8.1 发货前，卖方制造厂应对货物的按MIL-STD-105E一般检验水平II级AQL:2.5/4.0的标准或者

参照客户样板出具检验报告

Priortoshipment,theSellermanufacturershallconductinspectionundertheMIL-STD-

105EII(AQL2.5/4.0)'sstandardortheclient'sapprovedsample,willissuetheinspectionreport

accordingly.

8.2 如货物到达后数量有异议须于货到目的口岸之日起7天内提出，对所装货物所提任何异议于保险公

司、轮船公司、其他有关机构或邮递机构所负责者，卖方不负任何责任。

Incaseofquantitydiscrepancy,claimshouldbefiledbytheBuyerwithin7daysafterthearrivalofthegoodsat portofdestination,ItisunderstoodthattheSellershallnotbeliableforany

discrepancyofthegoodsshippedduetocausesforwhichtheInsuranceCompany,ShippingCompany,oth erTransportationOrganization/orPostOfficeareliable.

Arbitration因凡本引起的或与本有关的任何争议，如果协商不能解决，应提交中国国际经济委员会深圳分会。

按照申请时该会当时施行的规则进行。裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。

AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththeSalesContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiatio

n.Incasenosettlementcanbereached,thedisputeshallthenbesubmittedtoChinaInternationalEconomi

candTradeArbitrationCommission(CIETAC),ShenzhenCommissionforarbitrationinaccordancewithit

srulesineffectatthetimeofapplyingforarbitration.Thearbitralawardisfinalandbindinguponbothparties.

应在变更后＿一＿＿日内书面通知另一方。

由于发生人力不可抗拒的原因，致使本合约不能，部分或全部商品

延误交货，卖方概不负责。本所指的不可抗力系指不可干预、不能避免且不能克服的客观情况。

本为中英文两种文本，两种文本具有同等效力。本一式___2__份。自双方签字之日起生效。因本合

同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，均提请深圳仲裁委员会按照该会仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁

决是终局的，对双方均有约束力
