我从头到尾讲一下吧。
9月13号,完成网申10月30号,收到短信11月3号,笔试(估计我也没什么希望进到后面的环节)11月17-18号一面11月26号-12月7号二面balabalabal........很早很早以前就申了u家,9月13号,本来是打算为宝洁先体验体验网申的。
内容大概就是的相关内容,后面有两个op1.why do you apply for unilever management trainee program and why do you think you are suitable for the function applied?2.what does subtainability mean to the business and yourself?网申可以慢慢做,我大概花了4、5个小时吧,就op比较耗时。
在几乎快忘了申过u家,并一度以为不会有下文的情况下,突然收到短信,居然没有一点激动。
因为时隔真的有点久,而且在已经找工作一个多月的当时,激情似乎早就没有了。
嗯,然后稍稍准备了一下,这里要好好感谢下应届生,受惠不少!!看过往年的笔经后还是很混乱,总结了一下。
u家每年笔试的题型都在变吧。
我总结了一下,大概三类题。
1.num题:就是给个图表,很多并列的数据,有百分比的,有货币汇率的都是围绕什么什么的销售额、市场份额什么的。
后面几个计算题。
2.logic题:图形推理题,就是那些图形在那里转啦转,移啊移,找规律,这种题目做过pg的大家都懂得。
3.verbal题:给段文字,后面有一句陈述,根据文章判断该陈述是yes,或者no,或者can't say(即根据原文不能判断正误,嗯,是根据原文,不是你的个人常识)。
好啦,回到这次的正题。
这次u家笔试考了num和logic。

所以首先在心态上,我有了调节。
其次,我依然想争取一下机会,毕竟这是我最心仪的一所大学。
因此我思考了自己如何才能说服大学,相信我是一个有前途的学生。
我选择了写一封信,更加详细地去描述了我过往的成功事迹及对于大学的喜爱,希望获得一次机会。
最后,我必须承认,那封信有失败的可能,我也需要找找后路,所以我思考了当下的处境,可以如何最大程度的去改善目前的状况。
当时我有悉尼大学的录取通知书,所以我做了更多的功课,发现其实悉大的商学院在教育水平等各方面相较堪培拉更胜一筹。
所以我当时又转变了心态,把这次机会当成了一种机遇。
如今的我也相信,每一次的意料之外都是一次机会,如果我们调整心态去把握住它,就有可能达成更好的效果。

本人女森一枚。
打有了找工作的念头那天就想来U家。
后来参加了U家的宣讲会,那一大包东西着实是把我这一勤俭持家的贤妻良母给收买了。
于是就疯狂地爱上了U家。
可惜爱的太晚,能力神马的都没什么竞争力,还有英语,也是半瓶子的状态。
过了网申很开森啊,不过也没有到激动的状态。
之后陆陆续续准备笔试。
对了,笔试是20道图表(20分钟),25道逻辑(12分钟,姐想想换什么衣服都得12分钟,这25道搁谁谁能够啊??)。
做了挺多题的呢,应届森上的,SHL还有什么什么的,乱七八糟都做了。
准备的也算充分吧,还看了各种笔经。
第二部分卷子发下来,就可以把之前的答案写上去了,因为有5分钟看例题的时间(例题看不看无所谓,不过我还是很淡定的`。
第二部分答得很顺利。
这时候我又默默地orz了一下之前看的笔经。
是谁说20道逻辑的。
姐看到21-25的时候简直就是癫狂了。
不过,我依然淡定。
默默地,继续答。
当然,最后时间肯定不够。
在这里我提醒大家,看到逻辑题,3秒如果没看出端倪,赶紧【随便填一个】然后下一道吧(因为你也许根本没时间找之前没做的是哪一道再涂)。
笔试结束的时候,监考说停止答题放下笔,我们当然是奋笔疾书啦,不过这时候就有个悲剧男被抓了。
当场作废。
是真的。
我觉得这哥们也是和我一起血溅当场的好战友!之后传答题卡,瞄了一眼发现另一张卡也是有一些题根本就没有涂。
所以各位下一届的童鞋们,一定要从头到尾保持淡定。
不会,就秒蒙秒涂,争取时间;即使空着,也要淡定的空着。

我热爱PS很久,为了U家单独PS了一版简历的说。

我在7月份成功通过了联合利华的面试,成为了一名市场部管理实习生。
以下是我的面试过程:从大三开始,我就开始关注联合利华。
经过精心准备,终于通过了申请和笔试,我进入了面试阶段。
第一轮面试:我并不担心,因为我已经准备好了。
第一轮面试由护肤部门的市场经理和研发部门的员工组成。
问的问题都是已经回答的问题。
事实上,在准备这些开放性的问题之前,我还特意做了一个题库,准备了15个问题。
我记得面试官刚刚问了几个我当时准备好的问题:你会如何处理工作中的困难?如果再给你一次机会,你会怎么做?当时我举的例子是我在F1做兼职项目助理。
我负责在比赛间隙给顾客送盒饭,因为我没有经验,现场有点混乱,所以后来没有足够的盒饭。
那时,有些人非常兴奋。
我还没来得及请示,就立即回复:本着顾客第一的原则,我让他们留下联系方式,并承诺午餐时将打包好的午餐交给他们。
我说,如果再给我一次机会,我应该从源头上寻找问题。
或者你应该提前做好计划,把打包好的午餐直接送到顾客的房间,而不是让顾客去拿。
我可以看出面试官对我的回答很满意。

U家联合利华笔试经验从清华笔完归来,感触颇深,决定一叙。
题型:SHL的图表分析题20道+图形推理24道时间:20min+12min。
除去翻卷子与涂答题卡的时间,平均50秒一道图表分析,20秒一道图形推理。
也就是说,看到题目,应该立马知道怎么摁计算器算出结果;看到四五个图形立马知道空缺的应该填个什么图--码这些个字时我又像是重新回忆了一下刚刚的紧张经历,依然是心跳加速啊~~时间实在是太紧张啦~~旁边的一猛女摁计算器时特别冲动,动静巨大,最最抓狂的是--整个桌子都在颤抖啊啊啊,唉!感悟:中午练了一下SHL的图表题还是蛮有帮助的,可惜自己没严格按时间,其实平时多练,审题速度以及摁计算器速度(很关键)还是很容易应对考试的~~图形推理局部,只要准备过或是准备着公务员的同学,对付这些推理,绰绰有余,比公务员简单多了(中国的考试向来以难著称哈,汗一个!-!)。
但是,关键问题还是速度和这个反响能力,还是得多练习,公务员那么难的都搞的定的话这个也就不在话下了~~几个小插曲:1、联合利华的很正式,进考场是一个个核对进的,那人看了下我的.身份证还看看我,貌似是想确定下是本人吧?所以,这么严的把关,想霸笔可能性应该是,没有。
2、虽然笔试通知的考试时间说的是1个多小时,但其实真正的做题时间也就32分钟。
3、答题卡上要填first name(s) 和surname,然后gender(这个有关系吗?不懂。
)、考试编号。
好吧,我有点晕乎,姓和名直接写反了,后来划了重写的。
不过应该是没啥影响。
4、考试很严格的控制,先发的答题卡,填涂信息以及例题答案(例题是不需要自己做的);然后是等了好一会,发了图表这局部的题,不让翻开,然后5min后,只能翻到例题局部,不准往后翻(旁边姐们直接翻到题,用胳膊挡着,其实也没考官发现。
其实这样能比别人争取多的时间,很重要。
如果座位比拟隐蔽是可以这么干的。
但是如果很醒目这么干会被取消考试资格的,所以,be careful),5min后,开始正式做题。

1.招聘流程概述招聘流程一般可以分为网申、笔试、面试、签约四个阶段。
其中网申、笔试与面试是公司逐步深入了解、考察求职者的方法,签约是双方最终确立雇佣关系。
网申、笔试、面试各有不同的目的与典型的流程,简单介绍如下。
所谓“网申”,即apply on line (网络在线申请),目前很多“大牛”公司(比如壳牌、联合利华、宝洁) 都是通过这种方式来收集简历和初步筛选求职者的。
所谓“笔试”可以理解为完成一份试题,根据考察目的的不同,试题可能是综合能力测试(理解能力,推断能力,逻辑能力等)或者是专业能力测试(编程能力等)。
面试是公司面试官与求职者接触,直接考察求职者的一种方法。
根据形式的不同,面试可进一步细分为电面、群面等等。
2.网申与Open Question网申的目的在于自动化地收集、筛选求职者。
网申中一般会设置一些“硬性”条件譬如所学专业、所在学校、英语四六级分数、奖学金、实习经历等等。
满足条件的简历将被留下,不满足的进入人才库备用。
除了“硬性”条件外,网申中还有“软性”条件,即Open Question开发性题目,侧重于个人的合作能力和技巧,工作的抗压能力,是否有不利于工作的性格缺陷等综合素质的初步考察。

最近一直在忙,都把U家忘了。
直到接到电话问我,才发现通知进了垃圾箱。
跑个题吐槽一句,不知道这些个企业网申的标准到底是神马,认真准备过的过不了,随便填一下的反而过了。
逗我呢是的我就在控诉PG网申挂了我~~~
说正题啦,11.1的笔试,没来得及准备就直接去了,扫了一眼论坛看大家都说时间不够做不完,所以Numeric一开始让答题,我就如临大敌啪啪啪猛按计算器,保证速度是第一priority,结果。
提前了五分钟就做完了。
觉得挺囧的,因为也不好检查,早知道不要冲的这么快了。
不够题是真心简单,虽然做得快,但是我对自己的正确率还是相当有信心的感觉题还是和一般的SHL的题比较像,不过没碰到做过的,还好运算都不复杂
然后我还沉浸在numeric真简单啊的愉悦心情中的时候,接下来的图推就呵呵了。
时间真是不够用,而且我看着自己的表,明明还有七八分钟,监考的就开始喊只剩五分钟,搞得我一阵紧张,碰到看起来就不会的就干脆蒙了。
这些题虽然没有PG的那么变态,但是有些还是需要思考一下的。
在时间不够的情况下,还是真的不容易的。
接下来就等通知了,不知道会不会好运哈哈,说是15,16号一面,不知道是不是下周还有一场笔试?我也不知道哈。
BTW,今天监考的GG不知道是U家的还是中华英才的,好可爱的说~~看得出来他也是希望能够尽量帮到大家的,还主动提醒中间休息的十五分钟可以再改动numeric的答案,哈哈~~。
