Scope(围)
This specification covers design, construction, materials, testing,
inspection & prototype container. The container is built in accordance with the requirements of I.S.O. 1CC Type steel dry freight containers by China International Marine Containers (Group) Limited (CIMC).(本说明书概括了设计、结构、材料试验、质检和样箱制造。

此集装箱由中集集团按照ISO 1CC 钢制干货集装箱的要求制造。

1. GENERAL(总述)
1.1 Operational Environment(使用环境)
The container will be designed and constructed for the transportation
of general cargo on sea ( above or under deck ) and on land ( road or
rail ) throughout the world, and will be suitable for the environmental
conditions imposed by those modes of transport. All materials used in
the construction will be able to withstand extreme temperature ranging
from -40C( -40 F ) to 70C( 158 F ) without effect on container's
strength and watertightness.
本集装箱按照在世界围作海上(甲板上或甲板下)和陆上(陆路或铁路)普
通货物运输的应用要求来进行设计和制造,并可适应以上各种运输方式的环境条
件。

所有集装箱使用的材料所能承受的温度围为-40C( -40 F ) 到
70C( 158 F )。

在此围使用不影响集装箱的强度和风雨密闭性能。

2. APPROVAL AND CERTIFICATES批准和证书
2.1 Classification Certificate 船检证书
All the containers shall be certified for design type and individually inspected by Classification Society.
所有集装箱的设计类型均需由船级社认可,并由船级社逐个验收。

2.2 Production Certificate 生产证书
The Production Certificate of series containers to be issued by the Classification Society. The Society's seal shall be provided.
由船级社发给系列集装箱生产证书,并提供船级社标志。

2.3 T.C.T Certificate T.C.T 证书
Certificate of timber treatment to the requirement of Australia Department of Health.
木材处理证书符合澳大利亚卫生部的要求。

2.4 Customs Certificate (T.I.R.) 海关证书
Customs' Approval and Certificate to be issued by the Customs.
海关批准并给予合格证书。

2.5 U.I.C. Registration U.I.C注册
All the containers will be registered & comply with the International Union of Railways.
所有集装箱均已注册并符合国际铁路联盟规定。

2.6 C.S.C. Certificate C.S.C证书
All the containers will be certified and comply with the requirements of the International Convention for Safe Containers.
所有集装箱均经过认证,符合国际集装箱安全公约的要求。

3. HANDLING 装卸
The container will be constructed to be capable of being handled without any permanent deformation which will render it unsuitable for use or any other abnormality during the following conditions:
本集装箱在下列状态装卸时,不会出现任何影响使用的永久变形。

1)Lifting, full or empty, at the top corner fittings vertically by means
of spreaders fitted with hooks, shackles or twistlocks.
满箱或空箱情况下,用装有吊钩、卸钩或钮锁的吊架在顶角件上垂直起吊。

2)Lifting, full or empty, at the bottom corner fittings using slings
with appropriate terminal fittings at slings angle of forty-five ( 45 ) degree to horizontal.
满箱或空箱情况下,在底部的交配件上用带有端部配件的钢丝绳以与水平方向的夹角不小于30度之间的任何角度起吊。

3)Lifting, full or empty, at two fork pocket by fork lift truck.
满载或空载的时候,用叉车通过叉车槽举起。

4. TRANSPORTATION 运输
The container will be constructed to be suitable for transportation for following modes without any permanent deformation which will render the container unsuitable to use or any abnormality.
本集装箱的结构在下列方式运输时,集装箱不会产生影响使用的永久变形或其它不正常现象。

4.1 Marine: 海上
-In the ship cell guides: Seven ( 7 ) high stacked, and vertical acceleration limit : 1.8g (Max. gross weight 30,480 kg) 在船舱舱槽:能承受7层高(垂直的重力加速度极限值为1.8G)堆码(最

-On the deck : Four ( 4 ) high stacked and secured by suitable vertical and diagonal wire lashings.

4.2 Road - On flat bed or skeletal chassis: 公路-在平板车或集装箱专用拖车上
Secured by twistlocks or the equivalent at the four bottom corner fittings.
用钮锁或用类似的装置在四个底角件处将集装箱紧固。

4.3 Rail - On the flat cars or special container car: 铁路-在平板上或特种集装箱车上
Secured by twistlocks or the equivalent at the four bottom corner fittings.

5.6 Corner Protrusions 角件伸突
1)The upper faces of the top corner fittings will protrude above the
highest lever of the roof construction except corner plate by 6 mm.
顶角件的上表面比箱顶结构的最高面(顶角加强板除外)至少突出6mm。

2)For the containers under empty condition the lower faces of the cross
members in their bases including their end transverse members shall be on a plane located at 12.5 ( +5, -1.5 ) mm above the lower faces of the bottom corner fittings except the corner plates.
空箱条件下底架中的底横梁及前后端下梁的下表面应处于底角配件下表面之上12.5( +5, -1.5 ) mm的平面上(不包括角加强板)。

3)The outer side faces of the corner fittings will protrude from the
outside faces of the corner post by minimum 3 mm for side structure and 4 mm for front end structure. The outer side faces of the corner fittings will protrude from the outside faces of the side walls by nominal 7 mm and from the outside faces of the end wall by 7.4 mm.
在侧面,角件的外表面比角柱的外表面最少突出3mm;而在前端,则至少突出4mm。

角件的外表面比侧板的外表面突出7mm(名义尺寸);角件的外表面要比端板的外表面突出7.4mm。

4)For the containers under the condition such as the load equal to 1.8R
- T is uniformly distributed over the floor, no part of the container base will deflect by more than 6 mm below the lower faces of the bottom corner fittings.
在相当于1.8R – T的载荷均匀分布于地板上的条件下,集装箱底架的任何弯曲变形不超过底角件下表面6mm。

(其中,R-最大总重,T-自重)
6. CONSTRUCTION 结构
6.1 General 总体结构
The container will be constructed with steel frames, fully vertically corrugated steel side and end walls, die-stamped corrugated steel roof, wooden flooring, corrugated double hinged doors and ISO corner fittings at eight corners. All steelworks will be built up by means of automatic and semi-automatic CO2 gas arc welding. All exterior weldings including that on base structure will be continuous to give perfect watertightness, Interior welds will be intermittent with a minimum bead length of 25 mm for every 200 mm. All the welds, even spots, will have full penetration without undercutting or porosity.
本集装箱由钢制框架、全垂直波形侧板和端板、压型波纹顶板、木地板、铰链式活动波纹门以及在八个角上符合ISO标准的角件组成。

所有钢制结构都用自动或半自动二氧化碳气体氩弧焊焊接。

所有外部焊缝,包括底架部分均为连续焊,水密性能好。

部焊接应是间断焊,每200mm至少有25mm的焊缝。

6.2 Corner Fittings 角配件
Corner fittings will be designed in accordance with ISO/1161 standard, and manufactured at the workshops approved by the Classification Society.
角配件按照ISO/1161标准设计,在经过船级社认可的工厂制造
6.3 Base Frame 底架
The base frame will be composed of two (2) bottom side rails, a number of cross-members and a pair of fork pockets, which are welded together as a sub-assembly.
底架由2个底侧梁,若干底横梁和一副鹅颈槽焊接而成。

6.3.1Bottom Side Rail 底侧梁
Each bottom side rail is built of a steel pressing made in one piece.
The bottom flange face outwards so as to be easily repaired and hard to corrode.
底侧梁用一块钢板压制而成,翼缘向外,便于修理,不易腐蚀。

6.3.2 Crossmember 底横梁
The crossmembers are composed of a number of small pressed channel section and some large ones located beneath each board joint of the plywood.
底横梁是由一些压制成型的具有C型截面的小型的和大型的梁组成的。

大型的梁位于每块木地板结合处的下面。

6.3.3 Fork Pocket 叉车槽
One pair of fork pockets will be provided in according with ISO requirements for loaded handling.
为了便于载货以后的装卸,叉车槽需按照ISO标准要求设计

6.3.4 Reinforcement 底侧梁加强板
Reinforcement plate will be welded to each end of bottom side rail.
底侧梁的两端有加强板。

Dimension 尺寸: 200 x 153 x 4.5 mm
6.4 Front End 前端
The front end will be composed of corrugated end wall and front end frame, which are welded together as a sub-assembly.
前端由前墙板和前端框架焊接而成,构成一个部件。

6.4.1 Front End Wall 前墙板
The front end wall is composed of steel sheet fully vertically corrugated into trapezium section, butt joint together to form one panel by means of automatic welding.
前墙板是由通过完全垂直压型而具有梯形截面的波纹板组成的,通过自动焊将较长的一端焊在一起形成一个平面。

Thickness板厚度:2.0 mm
Corrugation dimension波形尺寸:Depth波深 : 45.6mm

6.4.2 Front End Frame 前端框架
The front end frame will be composed of one front sill, two corner posts, one front header and four corner castings.
前端框架是由一个前端下梁,二根角柱,一个前端上梁和四个角配件组成的。

6.4.2.1 Front Sill 前端下梁
The front sill is made of a special “C” section steel pressed with vertical webs as the stiffener. T.
前端下梁由特殊的“C”型截面的钢板压制而成。

有垂直的加强筋

6.4.2.2 Corner Post 角柱
Each corner post is made of a 6.0 mm thick section Hi-Yield steel pressing to ensure the suitable strength, light-weight and easy maintenance.
前角柱用6mm厚的高屈服强度的钢板压制而成,有足够强度,重量轻,易于维修。

6.4.2.3 Front Header 前端上梁
The front header is constructed with steel square tube lower part and steel upper part. The upper part is extended inwards of the container certain distance with full width from front part of top corner fitting.
前端上梁下部是方管,上部是前楣板,前楣板从前顶角件向里延伸一定的距离。

Lower rail 下梁: 60 x 60 x 3.0 mm RHS
Upper part 前楣板 : 4.0 mm thick 厚
6.5 Rear End 门端(后端)
Rear end is composed of Rear End Frame which consists of one door sill, two corner posts, one rear header with header plate and four corner fittings, which are welded together as a sub-assembly, and Door Systems which are with locking devices.
门端是由门框和有锁杆的门组成的。

门框包括一根门槛、二根角柱、一根门楣(含门楣板)和四个角配件,焊接在一起构成一部件。

6.5.1 Door Sill 门槛
The door sill is built of a special channel section steel pressing with internal ribs as stiffeners at the back of each cam keeper. The upper face of the sill has a slope for better drainage and the highest part is on the same level to the upper face of the wooden floor.
门槛用钢板压制成特别的形状,在锁座的对应部位背面有加强板。

门槛上表面向外有一定的斜度,便于排水,其最高点与木地板表面在同意水平面上。

a)Door sill门槛: 4.5 mm thick 厚Slop斜度: 1:10 approx(大
约).

b)Stiffener ribs加强板: 4.0 mm thick 厚Qty数量.
c)Channel section 防撞槽钢 : 200 x 75 x 9 mm
6.5.2 Corner Post 后角柱
Each corner post is constructed from an inner part of channel shaped hot-rolled section steel and an outer part, welded together to form
a hollow section to ensure suitable strength against the stacking and
racking force. Four ( 4 ) sets of hinge pin lugs are welded to each outer part of the corner post.
后角柱由角柱(热轧槽钢)与外角柱焊在一起形成一个空心结构,保证具有足够强度以承受堆码重量和变形力。

每根外角柱焊有四个门铰链座。

Inner part 角柱: 113 x 40 x 10 mm
Outer part 外角柱: 6.0 mm thick 厚
6.5.3 Door Header 门楣
The door header is constructed from a lower part of a "U" shaped steel pressing with four internal stiffener ribs and an upper part of steel pressing rear header plate, they are welded together to form a box section to provide a high rigidity.
门楣的下部是“U”形压型件,并有四个部加强筋;上部是压型门楣板,焊在一起形成一个盒形的截面,钢性好。

Rear header 门楣: 4.0 mm Thk厚.
Header plate 门楣板: 4.0 mm Thk厚
Stiffener ribs 加强板: 4.0 mm Thk厚., Qty数量.: 4
6.5.4 Door Systems 门
Doors will consist of two door leaves, each leaf with two locking devices, four hinges and pins, seal gaskets and the door holders. The doors will be installed by hinge pins to the rear end frame and capable of swinging to 270 degrees smoothly.
门由两扇门叶组成。

每扇门叶上有两套锁杆装置、四个门铰链和铰链销,门封胶条和门钩索。

由铰链销把门装在后端门框上,可以自如转动到270度。

6.5.4.1 Door Leaves 门叶
Each leaf consists of door panel, steel door frame which consists of horizontal ( upper & lower ) and vertical ( inner & outer ) members.
They are welded together to form the rectangular door leave. The door are so arranged that the left leaf can not be opened without displacement of the right leaf.
每扇门叶由门板和门框组成的,其中门框是由门横梁(上、下)、门竖梁(、外)组成。

门板和门框焊在一起形成一个矩形门叶。

组成后必须先打开右门,才能打开左门。

a. Door Panel 门板 : With 3 corrugations三波
mm, Slope 斜坡:32 mm Depth 波深: 45.6

b. Door Frame 门框
(1) Vertical door member门竖梁 : 100 x 50 x 3.2 mm RHS (outer外部 & inner 部).
(2) Horizontal door member门横梁 : 150 x 50 x 3.2 mm, channel section “C”截面.
6.5.4.1 Hinges and Pins 门铰链和铰链销
Four forged hinges, providing with bushed hole, are welded to each door
leaf. Each door is installed by hinge pins, washers and bushings.
每扇门焊有四个门铰链,铰链有销孔。

用铰链销、垫圈和衬套使它与门框相连。

黄铜或不锈钢

6.5.4.2 Locking Devices 锁杆装置
Two locking bars are of steel tube with forged handles, anti-racking rings and cam ends, and fixed to each door leaf with bolts / nuts , by top and bottom bearing brackets and one bar guide bracket. The bars are suspended in bearing brackets with bush of self-lubricating synthetic material. The turn direction of the locking handles will be single direction for each door.
锁杆是由钢管、把手、挡圈、锁头组成,通过两端的大托架和中间导架用螺栓固定在门上。

托架与锁杆之间有自动润滑合成材料做成的衬套。

每扇门的锁杆、手柄的旋转方向是单向的。

Cam-keepers are welded to the door header and sill。

锁座要焊接在门楣和门槛上。

Locking device type (锁杆装置型号): Sae Jin or Bloxwich products.
Locking bars treatment (锁杆表面处理): Hot-Dipped galvanized (75 Microns)热镀锌(75微米)
6.5.4.3 Door Holder and Receptacle 门钩绳和门钩
A door holder per door, made of mixed nylon rope, is tied to the
centerside of locking rod and the receptacle (hook type) is welded to each bottom side rail to remain the door at the open position.
每扇门上有尼龙绳系在中间的锁杆上,门钩焊在底侧梁上,可使门保持开启状态。

6.5.4.4 Seal Gaskets 门封
The door seal gaskets ( black colour ) are of E.P.D.M rubber assembled by rivets, using strip retainers and adhesive sealant on the back.
门封胶条(黑色)由E.P.D.M橡胶做成,用铆钉、门封压条和密封胶将其固定在门框上
Gasket's shape 门封形状: "J - C" Type "J - C"型
Retainer 门封压条: Stainless steel 不锈钢
Rivet 铆钉: Stainless steel 不锈钢
6.5.4.6 Shim 胶垫
The E.P.D.M shim will be placed over the holes on the door for fastener.
为了更加牢固,门上螺栓孔上放有胶垫。

6.6 Side Wall Assembly侧墙
6.6.1 Top Side Rails 顶侧梁
Each top side rail will be made of a square steel pipe.
每根顶侧梁由方形钢管做成。

Rail : 60 x 60 x 3.0 mm RHS
6.6.2 Side Walls 侧板
Each side wall will be composed of a number of sheets for the intermediate (inner) parts and outer panels at each end of side wall, fully vertically corrugated into trapezium section, butt welded together to form one panel by automatic welding.
侧板由一些中间板和侧板两端的端侧板(完全垂直地压成梯型截面的波纹板)通过自动焊焊接在一起组成一整块板。

6.7 Roof 顶板
The roof will be constructed by several die-stamp corrugated steel sheets with a certain upwards camber at the center of each trough and corrugation, these sheets are butt jointed together to form one panel by automatic welding.
顶板由一些压型波纹板用自动焊对接焊在一起。

这些波纹板的波谷处中间向上拱起。

Corrugation Shape - Depth波深: 20 mm , Pitc波距: 209 mm 波形Inner face 凹面宽: 91 mm , Slope斜面: 13.5 mm

6.7.1 Roof reinforcement plate 顶角加强板
Four reinforcement plates shall be mounted around the four corner castings.
箱顶四个角件处各有一块顶角加强板。

Dimension尺寸: 350x 270 x 3.0 mm
6.8 Floor 地板
6.8.1 The Floor Boards 木地板
The floor consists of plywood. The plywood is treated with wood
preservative containing Phoxim or equivalent according to the Commonwealth Department of Health, Australia.
木地板为胶合板,按照澳大利亚卫生部的要求用含有Phoxim或类似的木材防
腐剂进行处理。

Plywood thickness 胶合板厚: 28 mm
Plywood moisture content 含水分: Less than 14 % 小于等于14%
Plywood plies Qty. 层数: Min.19 plies 最少19层

6.8.2 Arrangement and Fixing 布置和固定
The plywood boards are longitudinally laid on the crossmember with a
pre-blasted painted and free floating flat steel at the center, two angle steel along both side rails. The plywood boards are tightly secured to each crossmember with countersunk self-tapping electro-zinc plated steel screws. These heads of the floor screws are countersunk below the level of the upper surface of the floor by 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm.

6.9 Special Features 特殊要求
6.9.1 Customs Seal Provision 海关封
Customs seal devices are made on each locking handle and retainer in accordance with TIR requirements with rivets.
按照TIR的要求,用铆钉固定锁杆托架和锁牌上有关封要求的部位。

6.9.2 Lashing rings 绳钩
1)Lashing rings are welded to each bottom and top side rail at
corresponding recessed area of side wall at equal distance.
每隔一段相等的距离,顶侧梁和底侧梁的侧板凹波处焊有绳钩。

6.9.3 Ventilator 通风器
Two ventilators with E.P.D.M seal gasket is supplied on each side wall, fixed by three aluminum huck bolts, the seal is to be applied on the edges except the bottom side of the ventilator, after the completion of paint.
在每侧两端凹平面的上部位置各装一个通风器,箱体油漆后用铆钉固定,沿通风器的周边(除底边外)均涂上密封胶,颜色同外面漆。

7. PRESERVATION 表面保护
7.1 Surface Preparation of the Steelwork 钢件表面处理
1)All the steel surface prior to forming or after will be degreased and
shot blasted to Swedish Standard SA 2.5 to obtain the surface roughness at 25 to 35which can result in the removement of all the rust, dirt, mill scale and all other foreign materials.
所有钢件表面在压成型前后,经去油污和抛丸处理。

抛丸处理达到瑞典标准SA 2.5级,表面粗糙度达到25 t到 35之间,除掉所有锈蚀、污物、氧化皮和其它杂物。

2)Locking rod assemblies, which are welded with gear cams, bars holder
and handle hinges, are hot dipping galvanized ( Thickness : 75 ).
锁杆,包括上面焊有的锁座、托架和手柄铰链,都需热镀锌75microns
7.2 Coating 油漆
7.2.1 Prior to Assembly 装配之前
All the steel surface will be coated with primer paint immediately after shot-blasting.
所有钢质表面在抛丸处理后即涂上底漆。

7.2.2 After Assembly 装配之后
All the weld joints will be shot-blasted to remove all the welding fluxes, spatters, burnt primer coatings caused by welding heat, and other foreign materials, and followed with the secondary paint operation immediately.
所有焊缝经过抛丸打砂、清楚焊渣、飞溅、漆焦和其它杂物后,立即进行第二次喷漆。

7.2.3 All the surface of the assembled container will have coating system
as follows :集装箱的表面油漆系统应该符合以下规定

8. Markings 标志
8.1 Lettering 标志的写法
The markings will be designed decal and arranged according to buyer's requirement. The markings consist of the following contents:

8.2 Consolidate Plate 铭牌
8.2.1The containers will bear marking plate in accordance with the
requirements of the Classification Authorities and owner such as mentioned in section 2.2 in this specification. The plate will be permanently riveted to the specified position by rivets and sealant.
集装箱应按本说明书第2.2节所述的船检机构和箱主的要求来按照铭牌。

铭牌用盲头铆钉永久性地铆在规定的地方,并涂上密封胶。

9. Testing and Inspection 试验和检验
9.1 Proto-type Container 样箱试验
Proto-type container to be manufactured in accordance with this specification and shall be tested according to procedures described in the ISO 1496/1 and the Classification Society's requirements. The containers will be fabricated & tested in advance of the mass production.
样箱在批量生产之前按照本说明书的要求制造,并按照ISO 1496/1的规和船级社的要求进行试验。

9.2 Container in Mass Production 批量生产
9.2.1 Every container in mass production shall be manufactured under
effective quality control procedures to meet the specified standards.
One in every 100 of containers shall be tested for following items: 每台集装箱都在有效的质量控制下进行生产制造,满足本说明书的要求。

每100台箱中抽出1台进行以下试验:
a)Stacking test 堆码
b)Lifting from top corner fitting test 吊顶
c)Lifting from bottom corner fitting test 吊底
d)Floor test. 地板强度
After completion, all the containers shall be subject to dimension check, door operation check, light leakage test & production type weather-proofness test. The containers shall be inspected by the surveyor of Classification Society and identified by the appropriate society seal.
完工后,所有集装箱都要经过尺寸检查、门操作检查、漏光试验和试水试验。

集装箱经过船检人员检查并贴上适当的船检标签。

9.2.2 Each assembled corner post structure will have tension test with
15,240 kgs after welding in the construction line.
在生产线上,每根角柱焊好之后,都要作15240千克拉力试验。

9.3 The proposed criteria table for general prototype testing:

9.4 Inspection 检验
9.4.1 Materials and Component Parts Inspection 材料和零部件检验
All the materials and components will be inspected by Quality Control Dept. to make sure that the most suitable and qualified components being used for the containers and to meet this specification.
所有材料和零部件均经过质控部检验,保证使用最适当的、合格的零件来满足本说明书的要求。

9.4.2 Production Line Inspection 生产线检验
Every containers will be manufactured under effective Quality Control procedures, and every production line of the factory will be inspected and controlled by the Quality Control Dept. to meet this specification.
每一台集装箱都在有效的质控程序监控下进行生产,工厂的每一条生产线都在质控部的检查和监控之下,以满足本说明书的要求。

10. Documents Submission 文件提交
10.1 When Contracting 签合同时
CIMC shall submit the specification with following drawing ( 3 sets ): CIMC提供下列图纸和说明书3套
General arrangement 总装图Side wall assembly 侧墙图
Base assembly 底架图Front end assembly 前端图
Rear end assembly 门端图Marking arrangement 商标布置图
10.2 When delivery 交货时
The owner shall inform CIMC all the documents needed two weeks before the date of delivery and CIMC will be submit them to the owner .
CIMC提供所有需要的文件给箱主,但箱主必须提前两周把其所需要的文件通知CIMC。

11. Guarantee 质量保证期
The guarantee period will commence at the day of delivery and the delivery is not later than three ( 3 ) months after the containers are accepted by the owner.
质量保证期自交货之日算起,交货必须在箱主接受之后三个月完成。

11.1 Paint Guarantee 油漆保证
The paint system applied to the container surface shall be guaranteed against corrosion and/or paint failure for a period of five (5) years.
The guarantee shall be applied to all the kinds of faults / failures affecting more than 10 % of any given part of the container and partial or total repainting shall be assured for the container(s) at the manufacturer's expense. Normal wear/tear, or corrosion caused by acid,
alkaline solution or result from damages by abrasion impact or accident are excluded. Corrosion is defined as the rusting exceeding RE3 ( European scale of degree of rusting ).
喷涂于集装箱的油漆系统保证5年不会腐蚀和出现脱落。

对集装箱进行全部或部分重喷涂,费用油厂方负担。

正常的磨损、碰损,由于酸碱类溶液引起的腐蚀或由于擦伤撞击引起的损坏不在保证围之。

腐蚀的定义为超过RE3级(欧洲锈蚀度)的锈蚀。

11.2 Other Guarantee 其它保证
All containers shall be guaranteed against any defects or omissions in construction, poor workmanship, or defective materials for a period of two ( 2 ) years. Any damages caused by mis-handling, mis-securing, mis-loading, impact and other natures of accident are excluded. The self-adhesive film decal shall be guaranteed seven ( 7 ) years.
制造商对所有集装箱的缺陷、结构漏装、工艺质量和材料的缺陷的保证期为2年。

对于任何由于搬运、安放、装卸不当、冲击碰撞和其它事故等引起的损害,均不在本保证之列。

商标的保证期为7年。
