广培小学英语高效课堂模式研讨活动方案
一、活动目的
为了提高我校英语的整体教学水平,引领英语教师在教学思想、教学观念、教学方式及方法的改进,提高我校英语教师的专业水平和教学技能,从而促进我校英语常规教学的发展,找到适合我校英语科组教学的发展方向和特色建设。

我校英语科组拟定于第9周-13周为期五周进行系列英语课堂教研课和评课等研讨活动,并于第11周星期三下午(即4月26日)邀请深圳大学师范学院高天明教授到我校进行课堂教学的指导。

本学年的教研工作将进一步下移工作重心,改良工作方法,深化教研组,指导、催促和参与学校的校本教学研究,与老师建立一种平等对话、互相学习的合作伙伴关系。

理解老师教学工作中存在的主要困难,及时提供专业咨询、信息传递等效劳,重点指导集体备课、教学案例分析^p 等与老师成长严密相关的教研活动,使老师自觉养成在研究状态下工作的职业生活方式。

3.继续抓好学科教研网络建立,实现网上资共享。

要充分利用龙岗教研网这一有效、便捷的信息平台,推进教研工作信息化,实现网上教研资的共享,进步学科教研工作的实效性。

4.培养和使用骨干老师,加强老师队伍建立。

做到有方案、有目的、有重点地指导和培养学科骨干老师,并通过他们带动一个教研组和年级备课组,带好一批学科老师。

同时,重点指导区中心教研组成员、骨干老师,引导他们适当的参与组织教研活动,发挥心教研组成员、骨干老师的引领、辐射带动作用。

同时认真开展教学根本功、优秀教案、课件、教学设计、教学后记、教学案例的评比活动,促进教学的专业开展。

5.积极开展第二课堂活动,培养学生学习英语的兴趣。

同时各校必须以英语文化周为契机,积极开展诸如英语演讲、课本剧表演、英语歌曲比赛等形式多样的比赛,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,营造良好的英语学习气氛。

青年英语教师教研活动方案
一、活动主题
如何提高学生在英语课堂中的口语表达能力。

二、活动目的
中国学生的通病是,书面阅读勉强过得去,口语不行,听力很差,书写凑合。

由于缺乏适当的语言环境,以及地区英语教学水平的限制,在绝大部分地区,学生只能在试卷上书写英语,而不开口讲英语,学的仍然是“哑巴”英语。

这种状况首先和我们的教学体制不无关系。

长期以来我们在英语教学过程中只重视分数,认为学生考了一个高分数,就说明学生学好了。

这种纯应试教育的大环境下培养的只能是口语能力、交际能力不高的学生。

其次,长期以来,我们在英语教学中没有一种符合中学生英语学习的口语教材,就算有,其内容要么与英语国家语言现状脱节或者说滞后。

我们学习英语口语的第一步是要选一本好的口语教材。

口语教材最好是附有相应的文化背景介绍,因为很多中学生英语不知道怎么说其实是句型的积累量太少了,总是想一句中文,再把这句中文翻译成英文说出来。

市面上的口语教材良莠不齐,只把内容呈现出来,但如何运用却不提级,很有局限性。

再次,由于目前诸多条件的限制,地区间发展不平衡,师资力量教学设备等的不同,在绝大部分地方,英语教学都是有中国老师来承担。

一部分英语教师自身的口语水平有待于改进。

最后,在非英语国家无论是教授英语还是学习英语,都缺乏一种英语的交流环境。

这些都导致口语教学难以开展。

随着课程改革的不断发展,新课标的出台,培养学生的口语表达能力和交际能力,已成为初中英语教学的重要目标。

也成为英语课堂教学必须完成的中心任务。

针对学生在课堂教学中参与意识差,不喜欢表现自己,不敢在人前大胆表达自己的想法,不能积极参与课堂教学这一现实,我们开展这一研讨活动。

七、活动内容
1.理论学习
本组全体教师学习提高学生口语表达能力方面的见解和学术著作,提高理论认识。

2.目标分析
组织本组全体教师讨论中学学英语课程标准及改革问题,明晰中学英语口语交际方面的观点与要求,讨论如何提高本校学生的口头表达欲望的策略方法,分析课例的备课资料,讨论教学设计,让全体人员明确教研活动的目标要求。

3.课堂观察(研究课)
由组内的每位老师分别上一堂各年级的展示课,观察不同年龄段学生的上课表现,研究提高学生英语表达欲望的策略和方法。

4.课后调查
调查学生对这堂课的直观感受和想法,及他们喜欢上什么样的英语课,喜欢英语课的哪个环节等,为进一步研究激发学生口语表达欲望的策略提供宝贵的事实依据。

5.研讨分析
针对本次主题教研活动的前期理论学习和中期的调查、讨论和观察,共同研讨激发学生口语表达欲望的策略和方法。

如何提高课堂教学中的口语表达能力随着课程改革的不断发展,新课标的出台,培养学生的口语表达能力和交际能力,已成为初中英语教学的重要目标。

也成为英语课堂教学必须完成的中心任务。

经过多年的教学实践,我对如何提高学生的口语表达能力从以下几个方面进行了探索。

一、坚持英语教学,口语训练的摇篮
提高英语口语表达能力的关键是创设英语语境。

教师本身的英语口语表达能力是提高创设英语环境的一个重要因素。

因此,在课堂上我尽可能多的使用英语,给学生创造英语学习的氛围,以此增强学生的求知欲望。

用英语教学还有利于提高学生的听力水平,有利于学生口头模仿。

刚开始实施时,学生不习惯,也听不懂。

我就借助实物、图片、配以手势、动作或表情来启发学生理解我所表达的意思。

坚持了一段时间,学生自然而然地受到了熏陶,听力理解加强了,开口说英语就有了依据和保证。

二、加强课前展示,口语训练的保证
每天课前5分钟的时间,我都会交给学生自己,让他们自由发挥。

或几人一组表演对话、小情景剧,或朗诵英文诗歌、讲英文小故事,或进行5分钟演讲。

总而言之,充分发挥每个人的优势,给每个人一个展示自我的空间。

对说的内容、时间长短不加限制,初一时侧重简单的会话,进而围绕问候、告别、问路、打电话、感谢、意愿等进行有准备的交际性口语训练。

初二时以情景表演和讲故事为主,尤其是能够简单的讲述自己身边发生的的事。

初三时侧重演讲和课文的复述,。
