小学英语教师在指向思维品质教学目标方面的设计与落实作者:刘珊珊张敏霞来源:《中小学信息技术教育》2021年第09期【摘要】思维品质的培养对语言学习有着重要的作用,近年来也成为小学英语教师关注与讨论的焦点话题。

本文采用问卷调查法、内容分析法、访谈法和课堂观察方法等研究方法,分析了北京市某地区小学英语教师在指向思维品质教学目标方面的设计及落实情况。

研究发现,大多数小学英语教师对思维品质的内涵认识不足且关注度不够,在设定思维品质目标时,更注重学生的创造性表达观点能力和梳理、概括信息能力的培养。

在课堂教学中体现为提出的高阶问题的比例较少且师生对话的深度较浅,无法较好地促进学生思维品质的发展。

《普通高中英语课程标准(2020年修订)》(以下简称“课程标准”)将思维品质列入英语学科四项核心素养发展目标之一[2],可见思维品质的培养对语言学习有着重要的作用。

近年来,英语学科中对学生思维品质的培养受到了重点关注。

小学英语教师在设计和落实指向思维品质教学目标方面的实际状况到底如何?本文通过对北京市某地区小学英语教学中的教学目标设定和课堂教学行为进行分析,探寻当前小学英语教师在指向思维品质教学目标方面的设计及落实情况。

研究设计1.数据来源本研究数据来源于北京市某地区45所小学的71名英语教师,其中女教师占94.37%,男教师占5.63%;新手教师、胜任教师和成熟教师[3]分别占比54.93%、25.35%和19.72%;任教低年级、中年级和高年级教师分别占比36.62%、43.67%和 53.52%(部分教师同时任教多个年级)。

从71位教师中抽取29位教师,对其常态课进行课堂教学行为数据分析,其中新手教师、胜任教师和成熟教师的课例数量分别为10节、10节和9节;低、中和高年级课例数量分别为7节、6节和16节,每节课均由4名以上专业人员進行数据采集。
