根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》和其他有关法律、法规，甲乙双方（以下简称“双方”）在平等、自愿及相互协商之基础上签订本合同，并共同遵守本合同所列条款。

第一章合同期限

Chapter One Term of Contract

1.1 合同有效期Term of Contract

双方同意本合同的期限为：自年月日开始至年月日止，每年在合同期满30天前确定合同续签事宜。

1.2 试用期Probation Period

1.2.1 双方约定，根据中华人民共和国劳动合同法，本合同生效后

1.2.2 在试用期内，如果公司认为乙方不符合录用条件，或乙方不愿意在本公司工作，双方均可书面通知对方随时解除本合同；在此情况下，乙方须按公司的有关规定，办理工作交接手续。

During the probation period, should the company deem that Party B fails to meet its recr uitment standards, or should Party B become unwilling to work for the company, both P arties can terminate this Contract by issuing a written notice to the other Party. Under su ch circumstances, Party B shall go through a handing over procedure as required by the c ompany.

第二章工作内容 Chapter Two Scope of Work

2.1 工作岗位或职位Job Position or Title

订立本合同时，乙方的工作岗位（或职位）为；在本合同有效期内，公司可根据本单位生产、经营或工作上的需要或乙方的工作能力、业绩，变更乙方的上述岗位（或职位），包括但不限于对乙方工作内容或工作地点的改变、升职、平级调职、降职等。Upon the signing of this Contract, Party B’

During the term of this Contract, on t he basis of its production and business operation as well as Party B’s performance and capability, the company may make changes in the above job position (or title) of Party B, including but not limited to changes in the scope and venue of work, promotion, demoti on or switch to another position of the same level.

2.2 工作任务Job Responsibility

乙方同意公司在本合同期限内，根据需要安排乙方的工作任务；乙方必须按照所从事的岗位（或职位）的工作职责及相关要求，完成规定的数量、质量指标或工作任务。

Party B agrees that during the term of this Contract, the company has the right to specify Party B’s job responsibility according to the co mpany’s needs. Party B shall perform the duty and meet the quantity and quality standards as required by its position (or title).

2.3 乙方义务Party B’s Obligations

乙方同意在本合同期限内，遵守以下条款：

2.3.1 在规定的工作时间内，将全部精力、能力和技术，仅用于履行本合同规定之义务上，除确保自身的工作达到公司为其规定的岗位职责标准外，还应完成公司为其安排的本岗位工作以外的临时工作，尽最大努力协助公司达到或超过预期的商业目的；

Devote all its energy, capability and technique during working hours to fulfill obligations stipulated in this Contract. Apart from ensuring that its work meets the standards set by t he company, Party B shall complete extra temporary tasks assigned to it by The company and exert its utmost to meet or exceed the company’s business goals.

2.3.2 遵守本合同的条款、有关法律法规和公司的各项规章制度及劳动纪律，服从公司的安排和决定，不从事损害公司利益的活动，不利用在公司单位的地位和职权直接或间接地为自己或他人谋取私

利； Comply with provisions of this Contract, relevant laws and regulations as well as ru les, regulations and labor disciplines of the company. Obey the company’

s arrangements and decisions. Do not engage in activities that may undermine the compa ny’s interests. Do not seek benefit for itself or a third party, directly or indirectly, by ma king use of its job position or power in the company.
