员工可以选择领取十个月或者十二个月的工资。

ISM将支付员工在菲律宾的所有薪水税款。

14.Termination:14. 合同终止：a. Termination by Employer: The employer may terminate this Contract on the following justcause: serious misconduct. Willful disobedience of employer’s lawful orders, habitual neglect of duties, absenteeism, insubordination revealing secrets of establishment, when employee violates customs, traditions, and lows of and/or terms of thi s Agreement. The employee shall shoulder the repatriation expenses back to the Philippines.a. 雇用人终止合同：雇佣方可以以如下正当理由终止合同：严重过失。
