液压舵机的故障分析

[摘要]众所周知,船舵的作用是用来改变船舶方向和保持航向的,它的好坏直接影响着整个船舶的航行,所以对船舶舵机的安全检查是轮机人员的经常性进行的最重要的工作之一。本文希望通过对船舶舵机技术规范的介绍以及船舶舵机容易出现的故障分析和对船舶舵机进行安全检查的重点的论述,以及对一些典型案例的介绍分析,使大家对舵机的故障分析和检修提供一些借鉴的经验,使轮机人员在进行舵机安检工作时能够有目标,有针对性的检查。这样既可以节省检查的时间,又可以全面的对舵机进行检查,提高工作效率。这样可以有效的减少甚至避免海事事故的发生,船舶故障大部分原因是认为造成的,只有提高轮机人员的技术水平,才能有效的避免因船舶故障引起的海事事故。
