The two are not considered to be functionally interchangeable in most applications.Triton X-100 is a nonionic detergent, 100% active ingredient, which is often used in biochemicalapplications to solubilize proteins. Triton X-100 has no antimicrobial properties.1 It is considered acomparatively mild non-denaturing detergent and isreported in numerous references. It does absorb in the ultraviolet region of the spectrum, so it can interfere with protein quantitation by absorption at A 280nm . A number of polymeric resins have been used to remove X-100 from solution, including Amberlite hydrophobic XAD resins 6 and Rezorian A161 cartridges.3The "Triton X" series of detergents are produced from octylphenol polymerized with ethylene oxide. Thenumber ("-100") relates only indirectly to the number of ethylene oxide units in the structure. X-100 has an"average of 9.5" ethylene oxide units per molecule, with an average molecular weight of 625.1,3 In addition, lower and higher mole adducts will be present in lesser amounts, varying slightly within supplier's standard manufacturing conditions. A by-product formed during the reaction is polyethylene glycol, a homopolymer of ethylene oxide. Acid is also added to the product to neutralize the product after the base catalyzed reaction is completed. No antioxidants are added by Sigma or the manufacturer, but commercial preparations of Triton X-100 have been found to contain peroxides up to 0.22% hydrogen peroxide (H 2O 2) equivalents,7 which may interfere with biological reactions. Sigma offers X-100-PC and X-100R-PC as alternatives. TritonX-100 absorbs in the UV spectrum at approximately the same wavelength as proteins (280 nm). Sigma offers two "reduced", i.e., hydrogenated forms, X-100-RS and X-100R-PC that have significantly lower absorbance in this region.4For lysing cells, typically about 0.1% X-100 solution in water will be sufficient, and even up to 0.5%concentrations will usually not harm most enzymes being isolated.3 Many enzymes remain active in the presence of X-100; for example, Proteinase K, remains active in 1% (w/w) solutions of X-100.8Triton X-100 can be detected in the parts per million range by spectrophotometric measurement of theconcentration of a Triton-ammonium-cobalt-thiocyanate complex.9 Interfering substances in this assay have been discussed.15(OCH 2CH 2)x OHCCH 2C H 3C CH 3CH 3CH 3CH 3x = 9-10For a given application, the choice of a suitable surfactant depends on a number of variables, from its solubility, polarity and micelle size to the mechanism of its action with the target solute. At certain concentrations the solutions may be cloudy but dispersible above the cloud point; they should clear with stirring upon cooling.14Storage/StabilityTriton X-100 is considered stable for years if stored sealed at room temperature. 该试剂仅用于科研领域,不宜用于临床诊断或其他用途。

以在染色缸中完全浸没进行通透。对于细胞样品,在固定、洗涤结束后,按照六孔板每孔加入 1 毫 升通透剂(Triton X-100,弱),其它多孔板参考该比例加入。

曲拉通-100是一种非离子型表面活性剂,没有抗菌性能。

它被认为是一种相对温和的非变性活性剂,通常用于增溶蛋白质。

此外,它在紫外线区域有吸收光谱,因此会干扰蛋白质在A280nm处的吸收光谱。

这是百分之百纯野玫瑰果油,是美化皮肤不可缺少的营养品。

二、玫瑰果油的使用方法下面再把A大的使用感复制来给亲们看:面油我用过不少了但这次的Trilogy。

这个面油是吸收最快的,快到什么程度呢?就是用瓶子自带的玻璃滴管滴2滴到手心搓热全脸按压(可用于眼周)后,只要按个4-5下,马上手和脸都看不到油光了,只会摸起来很水嫩。

难怪MUA上面一堆混合/油性的人也给这个面油好评,说不油腻不会发痘。

我一般是早上用这个面油做补水精华,即时前天脸上起皮,只要用了这个面油,马上敷贴,上妆也会很顺。

另外还可在敷面膜前用这个打底,薄薄按一层,效果比单敷更明显。

另外,我买这个油的另外一个主要目的是去疤,我右臂上有一个划伤留下的疤和一大块烫伤留的疤(可见我有多不小心),都1年多了也不见变淡。

后来用这个油,每天洗澡后在疤痕处稍微擦一点,坚持了几个月,疤痕确实有变浅变淡不少。

而用到脸上,我最大的感觉就是补水保湿了。

The information contained was true at the time of review.Description of the Outside of the VentilatorRoutine maintenanceUnder normal usage the grey foam filter should be cleaned once a week andreplaced with a new filter every three to six months.To replace filter:1.Ensure device is off and disconnect the device from the power source.2.Remove the filter from the enclosure by gently squeezing the filter in the centerand pulling it away from the device.3.Examine the filter for cleanliness and integrity.4.Wash the grey foam filter in warm water with a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughlyto remove all detergent residue. Allow the filter to air dry completely beforereinstalling it. If the foam filter is torn or damaged, replace it. (Only Respironics-supplied filters should be used as replacement filters.)5.Reinstall a dry filter.Note: Pollen Filter to be added for the patient in the case of allergies or smokinghousehold. A ‘passive’ circuit with controlled expiratory leak and an ‘Active PAP’ circuit with a proximal pressure line and expiratory valve.These circuits may be sourced from a variety of suppliers (please see Trilogy Ventilator Equipment List for details of compatible circuits). The decision regarding the circuit used should be made by the treating professionals.Turning On/OffTo turn the machine on and off, press the power button on the front of the machine. Ventilation will start immediately. When turning off, you will be asked to confirm you wish to power down the ventilator.Programming VentilationTo set ventilation parameters you will need to enter the clinical menu. To enter the clinical menu when the ventilator is turned off press ‘down’ and the alarm mute button at the same time. The machine will then turn on in the set up mode.Use the up and down buttons to scroll through the menu.Select will allow you to enter the desired part of the menu.‘Modify’ will allow you enter each part of this menu and alter the ventilator settings.Use the up and down buttons to scroll through the parameters and then press ok to confirm your selection or cancel to move away.Dual PrescriptionIt is possible to set two programmes of ventilation which may be useful for children who are weaning or whom have different ventilatory requirements from day to night. The benefit of setting two modes is that carers can switch between the modes easily without having to enter the clinical set up menu and therefore avoiding any risk of settings being programmed incorrectly.ModeSelect the appropriate ventilation mode for your patient. To select the mode you require, press modify and use the arrow buttons to scroll through the options. Press ‘OK’ when you have made your selection.Next you will need to set the specific settings for your patient. Use the arrow buttons to scroll through the individual parameters for the mode you have selected, pressing ‘modify’ to make a change and then ‘OK’ when you have made your desired change.After setting the ventilator parameters then set appropriate alarms. For further information on the alarms available on the Trilogy ventilator please see page 15/16As above, use the arrow buttons to scroll through the individual alarm parameters, pressing ‘modify’to make a change and then ‘OK’ when you have made your desired change.When you are satisfied with all the chosen parameters press ‘finish’. You will then be taken back to the main menu.Circuit typeThe ventilator requires that you select whether you are using a ‘passive’ circuit or an ‘active PAP’ circuit.Passive = a circuit with a controlled expiration leak in situActive PAP circuit = a circuit with a proximal pressure line and exhalation valveOptionsThis part of the menu allows the clinician to set the date and time as well as preferences for screen brightness, language and alarm volume. Importantly here it is also possible to set the access to information that you will permit for the patient and their carers.If you select‘full’ access – your patient and carers will be able to view and change all settings. If you select ‘limited’ access – your patient and carers will be able to view only certain settings and cannot change them.Nebuliser functionWhen giving a nebuliser you can enable the nebuliser function to reduce nuisance alarms that could be triggered by the nebuliser. This alarm remains active for 20 minutes while the nebuiser is given.To activate enter the ‘primary or secondary settings and alarm menu’ depending on which programme you are on (see page 8).Scroll down using the down arrow key to nebuliser enabled, select modify and select on prior to starting the nebuliser.Once the nebuliser has been given turn off the nebuliser function by scrolling down using the down arrow key to nebuliser enabled, select modify and select off.If using aeroneb nebuliser you will not need to use this button, only for jetsream nebulisers.Alarm LogEntering this part of the menu allows you to view the last 20 alarms which have been activated on the ventilator.Event LogEntering this part of the menu allows you to see actions that have occurred for example, attaching the battery, starting therapy, changing settings, etc.InformationThis part of the menu allows you to observe the ventilator parameters which are set but it is not possible to change them in this part of the menu.Entraining OxygenSupplemental oxygen can be delivered via 2 routes:1.Connect oxygen tubing via the nozzle at the back of the machine. Oxygen flow should bemanipulated via the flow meter on the oxygen delivering device you are using.2.Deliver oxygen directly into the ventilator circuit using oxygen connector before thehumidification device.Oxygen ConnectorHumidifierStarting and Stopping VentilationTo start ventilation, press the power button located on the front of the ventilator. Ventilation will start straight away.To stop ventilation again press the power button on the front of the ventilator. When turning off, you will be asked to confirm you wish to power down the ventilator.Monitoring VentilationDuring ventilation the screen will display real time ventilation information.If you wish to see trends or monitoring information over time, this information can be downloaded onto SD card and viewing on a computer providing the user has the relevant software.Altering ParametersTo alter parameters you need to enter the clinical menu. This can be done whilst the ventilator is turned off or whilst the ventilator is running. Please see page 7for details of how to enter the clinical menu.Use the up and down buttons to scroll through the parameters. ‘Modify’ will allow you enter each part of this menu. Again, use the up and down buttons to scroll through the options and then press ok to confirm your selection or cancel to move away.Setting AlarmsTo set alarms, you need to be in the clinical menu. Triton X-100细胞裂解液简介:Triton X-100细胞裂解液是一种经典的快速裂解细胞组织并获得蛋白的裂解液。

所获得的蛋白质可以用于PAGE 电泳,Western ,免疫沉淀(Immunol Precipitation ,IP)和免疫共沉淀(co-IP)等。

Triton X-100、NaCl 、Tris-HCl 等组成,并含有多种蛋白酶抑制剂成分,可以有效抑制蛋白的降解,并维持原有的蛋白间相互作用。

作用原理是利用去污剂Triton X-100破坏脂质双分子层,溶解胞质和细胞膜,破坏分子间微弱结合键的大部分蛋白质抗原。

不宜用Bradford 法测定由Triton X-100 Lysis Buffer 获得样本的蛋白浓度。

组成:操作步骤(仅供参考):(一)贴壁培养细胞1、 取Triton X-100 Lysis Buffer 室温溶解混匀,使PMSF 终浓度为1mM 。

2、 去培养液,低速离心,弃上清。

3、 按照6孔板每孔加入150~250μl 含有PMSF 的裂解液的比例加入Triton X-100 LysisBuffer 。

移液器轻轻吹打,使裂解液和细胞充分接触。

置于冰上或4℃裂解,通常裂解液作用于细胞1~3s 内,细胞就会被裂解。

(如无低温离心机,室温下离心亦可),取上清。

4、 进行后续的SDS-PAGE 、Western 、免疫沉淀和免疫共沉淀等操作。

(二)悬浮培养细胞1、 取Triton X-100 Lysis Buffer 室温溶解混匀,加入PMSF ,使PMSF 终浓度为1mM 。

2、 低速离心悬浮细胞,弃上清,收集沉淀。

3、 用手指轻弹细胞,使其松散。

按照6孔板每孔细胞加入150~250μl 含有PMSF 的裂解液的比例,加入Leagene Triton X-100 Lysis Buffer4、 4℃离心(如无低温离心机,室温下离心亦可),取上清。

5、 进行后续的SDS-PAGE 、Western 、免疫沉淀和免疫共沉淀等操作。

它们可以破坏蛋白质-蛋白质、蛋白质-脂质、脂质-脂质之间的连接,使蛋白质发生结构上的变性,防止蛋白质结晶,另外在免疫学实验中还可避免非特异性吸附。

去污剂根据其特性可以分为好几类,因此科学研究中去污剂的选择很关键,取决于后续研究的具体内容。

为了某些特殊的应用,新的去污剂被不断开发出来 [1] 。

在这篇综述中,对一些最常用的去污剂的特点和应用进行了论述。

去污剂是由一个疏水尾端基团和一个极性亲水头端基团组成的有机化合物(图一A)。

在一定的温度条件下,以特定浓度溶解于水时,去污剂分子会形成胶束,疏水基团部分位于胶束内部,而极性亲水基团则在其外部(图一B)。

因此,胶束的疏水中心会结合到蛋白的疏水区域。

一个胶束中,去污剂分子的聚集数目,是用来评价膜蛋白溶解度的一个重要参数 [2] 。

去污剂分子疏水区域的长度和其疏水性成正比,且去污剂的疏水区域非常恒定,而极性头端亲水基团是可变的,可据其特点,把去污剂分为三类:离子型(阴离子或阳离子型),两性离子型和非离子型(见表一)。

在特定的温度下,表面活性剂分子缔合形成胶束的最低浓度,称之为临界胶束浓度(CMC)。

当去污剂低于临界胶束浓度时,只有单体存在;当高于临界胶束浓度时,胶束、单体以及其余不溶于水的非胶束相共存。

同样,胶束形成的最低温度称为临界胶束温度(CMT)。

因此,温度和浓度是去污剂两相分离和溶解性的重要参数。

一般来说,低亲脂或憎油的去污剂的临界胶束浓度会较高。
