我国标准文献分类号（Chinese Classification for Standards，CCS）是我国国家标准化管理委员会制定并管理的一套标准文献分类体系。
它是根据国际标准化组织（ISO）标准文献分类体系的要求，结合我国实际情况制定的一套分类体系，用于对标准文献进行分类、编目、检索和存储。
CCS号由11位数字组成，按照一定的规则对标准进行分类编码。

常用标准题录信息查询方法介绍
常用标准题录信息查询方法介绍目前，我国共制修订了国家标准7万多项、行业标准15万多项、地方标准2万多项、团体标准近180项，企业标准超过100万项。
国内标准数量如此庞大，想要准确的查找到一项标准殊非易事。
按通常做法，这些标准首先收集、整理、加工成标准题录信息，再制作成标准查询软件，供广大标准工作者使用。
标准题录信息通常存放于数据库系统中，市场上接触最多的是关系数据库，例如dbase、Access、SQLServer、Oracle、DB2等。
为方便与数据库的概念衔接，在本文中，标准题录的信息有时也称字段，如标准号字段、实施日期字段。
本文简要介绍几种常用的标准题录查询方法，同时说明标准查询软件开发时应考虑的事项，供标准查询者和标准软件开发者借鉴、参考。
1、单字段查询法该方法最常见，也可称独立字段查询法，即依据单一信息字段查询标准题录的方法，也包括多种信息字段分别输入一个设定值进行查询的方式。
标准题录信息一般有20多项，加上内部管理信息，可多达60多项。
以国家标准委网站的国家标准目录查询页面为例，包括国家标准号、中文标准名称、英文标准名称、标准属性（3种）、国际标准分类号、中国标准分类号、采用国际标准号、被代替国标号、发布日期、实施日期、归口单位（及代码）、主管单位（及代码）、起草单位等（参见图3），这些都可以作为信息字段，查询出所需标准题录。
标准查询者经常使用标准号、标准名称进行查询，在软件设计时，应将这两种信息字段放在首要位置，或者只有这两种信息字段而其他信息字段放在第2个页面。
如上海标准院网站首页标准快速检索页面只有标准号和标准名称，如图1。

本标准代替GB 712-2000《船体用结构钢》。

Ⅰ船舶及海洋工程用结构钢1 范围本标准规定了船舶及海洋工程用结构钢的分类和牌号、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书等。
本标准适用于制造远洋、沿海和内河航区航行船舶、渔船及海洋工程结构用厚度不大于100mm 的钢板、厚度不大于25.4mm的钢带及剪切板和厚度或直径不大于50mm的型钢（以下简称船用钢）。

卡片扼要介绍了2000多种常用有毒化学物质的理化性质、接触可能造成的人体危害和中毒症状、如何预防中毒和爆炸、急救/消防、泄漏处置措施、储存、包装与标志及环境数据等数据，供在工厂、农业、建筑和其他作业场所工作的各类人员和雇主使用。
在全世界推广使用国际化学品安全卡已经被国际劳工组织列为《全球职业安全、健康和环境计划》的重要内容之一。
国际化学品安全卡信息的传播有力地促进了全球的化学品安全管理、环境保护和可持续发展。
2、《国际化学品安全卡》中包括哪些内容？ICSC共设有化学品标识、危害/接触类型、急性危害/症状、预防、急救/消防、溢漏处置、包装与标志、应急响应、储存、重要数据、物理性质、环境数据、注解和附加资料14个项目。
化学品的标识数据提供了一种化学物质的UN编号、CAS登记号、化学物质毒性作用登记号（RTECS）、欧盟编号（EC）和中英文化学品名称，卡片数据库（中文版）还提供了中国危险货物编号等信息，供使用者检索查询ICSC数据。
危害类型指发生火灾、爆炸时，可能造成的危险。
急性危害/症状介绍了火灾和爆炸的危险性和经吸入、经皮肤、眼睛和摄食四种途径可能造成的急性危害和症状；预防概述了防止发生火灾和爆炸的措施以及预防化学品接触危害的措施；急救/消防急救指对化学物质中毒人员的急救处理办法；消防指发生化学物质火灾和爆炸时，应使用的灭火剂和灭火办法。
溢漏处置：介绍了处理中、小规模的溢漏的方法及须穿戴的个人防护用品。
包装与标志列出了联合国危险性类别、联合国次要风险等级和联合国包装级别；欧盟危险性符号、风险术语（R术语）、安全术语（S术语）以及运输要求。

国际航运公会(ICS)—直升机/船舶协同作业指南国际航运公会(ICS)是由多个国家的船东协会自发组成的一个组织。
它成立于1921年，所注册的船舶的总吨位超过了世界船舶总载重吨的一半以上。
国际航运公会(ICS)从事着所有的海洋事务，尤其是在海上救援、船舶设计与建造、污染防治和制定航海法规等方面表现地尤为出色。
国际航运公会(ICS)为多个跨国组织提供顾问服务，这其中就包括国际海事组织(IMO)。
虽然此指南中的建议细则是根据目前可以获得的最佳数据信息而提出的，可这仅仅是一份操作指南，其操作风险要由操作者自身来承担。

前言为了使得直升机/船舶协同作业更加安全和高效，在经过了一系列的广泛地咨询后，我们出版了此指南。
它主要是针对船东、船长和船员而制定的，同时也对直升机驾驶员和运行商提出了建议。
出版的目标是为了推动世界范围内直升机/船舶协同作业程序和步骤的标准化。
此版本对前面的几个初期版本进行了修订，其中更新的部分鲜明地反映了目前小型直升机在船舶作业过程中越来越广泛地应用和直升机驾驶员倾向于降落在甲板上而不是舱口盖上的事实。
在结尾处，该指南对如何选择这些安全降落区域做出了标准化的规定。
直升机在不同类型船舶上越来越广泛的应用必然要求直升机驾驶员和船上人员要通过畅通快捷的通讯手段来保持紧密的联系。
因此，该指南包括一个含有标准化信息格式的章节。
能否安全和成功地完成直升机/船舶协同作业完全取决于直升机/船舶间无线电通讯设备的兼容性、可靠性和各方的紧密的信息交流。
虽然在编制此指南前已考虑了很多方面的内容，但必须强调的是它仅仅是一份指南。
航运公司、船东、船长、直升机驾驶员、直升机运行商不能不切实际地照抄照搬此指南中的建议，而是应该根据国家的相关法规和公司规定来操作。

船级社型式认可
船用产品认证/检验总体介绍CCS的船用产品检验是其船舶检验重要基础和组成部分，经过多年发展，CCS建立了专门的船用产品检验体系，通过与国际惯例相一致的认可和检验办法，CCS能够公正，可靠和及时地对船用产品质量进行确认，并为其提供有关证明。
船用产品检验范围根据CCS的《产品检验规则》，凡作为重要材料，设备或另部件的船用产品，当拟用于入CCS级或受CCS监督检验的船舶，海上设施和集装箱时，需申请CCS 认可和检验发证，并只有取得CCS签发的相应证书后，才能获准使用。
这些产品包括：（一）金属材料及其制成品：如：钢板、扁钢、型钢，钢管，有色金属，焊接材料，锻钢件，锚，锚链，钢丝绳等（二）非金属材料及其制成品如：油漆、纤维绳、玻璃、硬质塑料管、非金属轴承材料（三）主机、辅助机械。
（四）锅炉与受压容器。
（五）防污染设备。
（六）消防设备。
（七）耐火材料与耐火结构件。
（八）救生设备。
（九）电气装置。
（十）无线电通讯、导航设备。
（十一）舾装设备。
（十二）配套件和零部件。
（十三）集装箱及其配件。
一．船用产品检验办法CCS根据国际惯例和其船舶入级与建造规范，对于船舶，海上设施和集装箱所用的产品，实施在认可的基础上进行检验发证的制度。
有关程序和要求在 CCS《产品检验规则》中做了详细规定。
其可概括为一个途径，两个原则，两种认可，四种检验，四种证书。
有关说明如下：一个途径是指申请CCS检验的途径。
即向主管该产品生产厂所在地区业务的CCS机构提出申请，只有这个机构接受该申请。
两个原则是指CCS对产品进行检验发证的两个原则。
即：①对于直接用于船舶，海上设施，集装箱的主要材料，设备，部件，必须进行检验发证。
②对于间接用于船舶，海上设施，集装箱的主要产品，即生产上述1 项产品用的重要材料，配套件及零部件等也需要进行检验发证。
两种认可是指CCS对产品的设计和制造进行认可的两种模式。
即：①型式认可，②工厂认可。
根据CCS“产品检验规则”，船用产品首先要按CCS的要求申请上述某个模式的认可。
