Intellectual Property RightsThe Seller warrants that the Goods do not infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties. Force MajeureIf either party is unable to perform its obligations under this Contract due to an event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions, the affected party shall notify the other party as soon as possible and shall take all reasonable measures to minimize the impact of the force majeure event.
