全国公共英语等级考试流程
全国英语等级考试(以下简称PETS),共有五个级别,各级别均包括笔试和口试两个相对独立的部分。
每个级别的考试都包括笔试和口试两种形式,笔试中包含听力测试内容。
考试采用先笔试,后口试的方式。
笔试的题型主要有客观性试题和主观性试题两类,考生在做答客观性试题时只能在特定的答题卡上进行填涂;除第二级(PETS 2)的主观性试题暂时直接做答在试卷上外,其他级别的主观性试题也做答在为本级别专门设计的答题卡上。
口试采用面对面交谈的方式，每次口试采用由两名口试教师对两名考生（一级B是一名考生）进行测试的形式。
测试时，一名口试教师不参与交谈，专事评分，另一名主持口试，随时与考生交谈并评分。

英语PETS二级是全国公共英语等级考试（PETS）的第二个级别，也是中下级。

全国英语等级考试（PETS）口试是英语口语水平测试的一部分，分为多个级别，从预备级到第五级。

全国公共英语二级考试
全国公共英语等级考试（Public English Test System，简称PETS）是教育部考试中心设计并负责的全国性英语水平考试体系。
作为中、英两国政府的教育交流合作项目，在设计过程中它得到了英国专家的技术支持。
共有五个级别：PETS 1 是初始级，其考试要求略高于初中毕业生的英语水平。
（PETS 1B是PETS 1的附属级）PETS 2 是中下级，其考试要求相当于普通高中优秀毕业生的英语水平。
PETS 3 是中间级，其考试要求相当于我国学生高中毕业后在大专院校又学了2年公共英语或自学了同等程度英语课程的水平。
PETS 4 是中上级，其考试要求相当于我国学生高中毕业后在大学至少又学习了3－4年的公共英语或自学了同等程度英语课程的水平。
PETS 5 是最高级，其考试要求相当于我国大学英语专业二年级结束时的水平。
这五个级别的考试标准建立在同一能力量表上，相互间既有明显的区别又有内在的联系。
报考条件报考者不受年龄、职业以及受教育程度的限制，均可根据自己的英语水平报名参加任一级别的考试。
为避免干扰校内正常的英语教学，普通中学和大学不得组织在校生报考。
报名时间每年一月第二周的周三至周日接收一级（B）、二级、四级报名；每年七月第二周的周三至周日接收一级、三级报名。
一、概述（一）关于考试指导语和题目用语为了让考生发挥应有的水平，在PETS一、二级的笔试中听力、英语知识运用、阅读理解和写作的指导语都是中文的。
此外，为避免考生直接挪用试题中的语言，写作和口试试题也有可能是中文的，但口试中口试教师的口头说明仍使用英文。
在PETS三、四、五级的考试中，笔、口试的指导语都将使用英文。

公共英语(P E T S)二级口语考试口试试卷使用英文指导语口试分A、B、C三节，测试考生英语口语的交际能力。
每次口试采取两名口试教师和两名考生的形式。
一名口试教师不参与交谈，专事评分;另一名主持口试，随时与考生交谈并评分。
专事评分的教师所给分数的权重占考生口试成绩的三分之二，主持口试的教师所给分数的权重占考生口试节时间(分钟)形式为考生提PETS二级考生应能在熟悉的情景中进行简单的对话，例如询问或传递基本的事实性信息，应能提供或者要求得到更清楚的阐述，同时也能表达简单的观点和态度。

每年话题都是围绕着学生们常见的生活情景，比如去图书馆借书、就餐、去看电影、去购物，还有运动等等。
其次希望考生通过图片来讲故事。
这些图片都是简单日常生活的话题。
希望考生多练国家教育部推荐的一些教材，给出的相关内容话题，这些话题跟我们考试内容是息息相关的。
PETS2的学生如果考二级口语的话基本上是在会话水平上。
