施工方案：银河城A地块1-2区低层住宅配电箱安装

工程概况：

本工程为XXX位于沈阳市于洪新城内的住宅项目。监理

单位为XXX，设计单位为XXX。本工程包括1#、2#、3#、

6#、7#、8#、9#、12#、13#、14#、15#、16#、20#、21#、22#、23#、24#、28#、29#、30#、31#、32#、36#、37#、38#低层住宅，使用性质为住宅，结构形式为框架结构，建筑面积为.26

平方米，建筑设计使用限为50年，抗震设防烈度为7度，建

筑耐火等级为二级。

施工准备：

2.1 材料要求

2.1.1 铁制配电箱（盘）：箱体应具有一定的机械强度，

周边平整无损伤，油漆无脱落，二层底板厚度不小于1.5毫米，不得采用阻燃型塑料板做二层底板。箱内各种器具应安装牢固，导线排列整齐，压接牢固，应为两部定点厂产品，并有产品合格证。

2.1.2 塑料配电箱（盘）：箱体应具有一定的机械强度，周边平整无损伤，塑料二层底板厚度不应小于8毫米，并有产品合格证。

不得与N线及L线混淆。同时，在安装过程中应注意保持箱体的水平和垂直度，确保其稳定性和安全性。

3.2.5配电箱（盘）内部的电气元件应按照设计要求正确安装，且应有充足的通风和散热措施。对于特殊要求的配电箱（盘），如防爆型、防水型等，应按照相应的要求进行安装和使用。
