这类题目常以5W1H词+问题的形式进行提问，答案往往不是原词原句，而是同义替换，因此在做题时，考生应看清题干中的问题，确定关键词和标记词（年代、数字和专有名词等），然后回到原文中定位，在查读原文时注意寻找相关的关键词和标记词，找出原文中对应的细节信息，再与四个选项进行对照，以确定正确答案。
细节分析题涉及方面比较广，有的涉及数字计算，如时间、距离、次数和数量等，需要经过计算，才能确定答案；有的涉及正误判断，要先看选项，根据选项提供的线索，查找文中相应部分，最后选出正确答案；有的涉及事实、原因、结果和目的等，需要在原文中找到依据，切忌主观臆断。
