情志活动是以脏腑精气为内在的生理基础，应答外界环境因素的作用所产生，是心理和生理两大系统的复杂反应。《素问·阴阳应象大论》曰：“人有五脏化五气，以生喜怒悲忧恐。”五脏藏精，精化

为气，气的运动应答外界环境而产生情志活动[1]，

可见七情（怒喜忧思悲恐惊）的活动皆对应相应的气的运动形式。具体论述如下。

1　情志对气机的影响

情志致病首伤心神，随之影响脏腑气机，导致

脏腑气机升降失常而出现相应的临床表现，因“心者，五脏六腑之大主也，精神之所舍也”（《灵枢·邪客》），心主不明则下不安。《素问· 举痛论》言：“余知百病生于气也，怒则气上，喜则气缓，悲则气消，恐则气下……惊则气乱……思则气结”，便是对情志影

摘 要：首先论述了情志对气机的影响，从情志对气机的影响趋势将喜、怒、悲、恐、思等情志的性质分别归属

阴阳两端——怒则气上，喜则气缓，两者均使气机向上向外，故性质属阳；悲则气消，恐则气下，两者均使气机向下向内，故性质属阴；思则气结，使气机郁结不畅，性质为至阴。继而从调节气机方面系统地论述了传统中医情志疗病的机理，并以典型案例加以说明，打破了传统的五行制约“以情胜情”的机械解说，最后得出：情志作为一种治病的方法，其机理与中药四气五味的调动气机而愈病的作用是等同的，情志疗病值得进一步探讨研究，以期为疾病的治疗提供更广阔的思路和方法。

Discussing the Emotional Treatment of Diseases from Mechanism of Qi

Abstract：

This paper first discusses the emotional impact of the Qi, from the emotional impact of the trend of the internal combustion engine will be happiness, anger, sadness, fear, thinking, etc. the nature of emotional ownership of yin and yang, respectively, at both ends - Anger causes upward surge of Qi, Joy causes scattering of Qi, both of which make up qi outward, so a nature-yang; Grief causes consumption of Qi, Terror causes downward flow of Qi, both of which make Qi-down inward, so is yin in nature; Anxiety leads to Qi stagnation, it makes Qi movement impaired, so the nature of zhi yin. And then discusses the mechanism of TCM curing diseases emotional systematically on the Regulating Qi flow, and typical cases are listed to illustrate this, breaking the mechanical explanation of the traditional Five Elements Theory's“to love win situation”. At last, it comes to the conclusion: emotions as kinds of treatment methods, its mechanism in Regulating Qi flow is same as the Four Properties and Five Flavors mobilization of herbs, and emotional curing diseases deserves further studies, with a view to the treatment of diseases, provide an even broader ideas and methods.
