广西食用油现状调查及对策研究

中文摘要

中国是植物油消费大国, 同时也是世界油料生产大国，菜籽、棉籽、芝麻的产量均居世界第一位，大豆、葵花籽的生产也是名列前茅，所以，油料也是我国重要的战略物资，因此，油料市场供求关系不仅关系着我国农业发展，也关系着社会稳定。今后食用油消费进一步增长趋势不会改变，市场空间仍然较大。

本文文以广西食用油为研究对象，运用SWOT 分析法，在分析全国食用油的基础上，分析广西食用油与全国食用油行业的相同点和不同点，指出相同的问题。同时分析广西在整个行业中的优劣势。

本文的逻辑结构分为五大部分：

第一部分陈述研究背景，概述整个行业的界定和背景。

第二部分对行业现状进行分析，从两个方面进行了调查和分析，分析2000至2010年价格的走势，指出油脂价格一直处于高价位运行；分析了中国油脂产品进出口状况，指出我国对进口大豆的依赖性。

第三部分对广西食用油业SWOT分析，分析了广西在全国的大背景下的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。

第四部分对问题进行分析。

第五部分提出相应的对策。

第六部分总结。

Abstract

China is a large oil consuming countriy, at the same time,we are also the bigest country in oil production . Rapeseed, cottonseed, sesame output occupies the first, soybeans, sunflower seed production is ranked, so, oil is one of the most important strategic materials, therefore, the oil market supply and demand relation with China agriculture development not only, also relates to the social stability. Future oil consumption further growth trend, the market does not change is still greater space.

The computation of oil in guangxi as the research object, with SWOT analysis on the basis of the analysis of oil, edible oil and oil industry of guangxi the similarities and differences, and pointed out the same problem. While the entire industry of guangxi in the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages.

This logic structure is divided into five parts.The first part of the statement overview the research background, definition and background of the whole industry.

The second part of the industry are analyzed, and the two aspects from the investigation and analysis, the analysis of 2000-2010, points out that the oil price movements in the price higher operation, China's oil import and export products are analyzed, pointed out that our country to import dependence of soybean.
