学习困难学生的特点与教育。分析学困生形成的各种特点、因素和教育对策,在教学中要爱护学习困难生,用真情感化、行为引导促使学习困难生健康成长。因人而异,有针对性地开展自信心理辅导,因材施教。在新课改的形势下,人们开始慢慢地把目光投向作为人的最基本素质——行为品质的提高。在教学中特别照顾学习困难生。教师要把学困生教育的特征和对策放在备课环节之中。在课堂教学中要注意学困生的细微心理变化,教学辅导时不能忽视学困生容易偏激的心理辅导。提供更多可以让学困生展示特长的机会,抓住学困生多种多样的特点,多以鼓励的形式在学困生的作业与评判给予明示或暗示,在考试环节中设计学困生自尊心的对策教育,对学困生要采取以表扬鼓励为主的教育方法。培养良好的道德品质,树立守纪律、懂礼貌的好作风。
