EXCEL辅助计算公路中桩与边桩参数的应用晓凌摘要:在现今的道路桥梁建立中,全站仪以其高精度、高效率的特点,在测量放样中得到广泛的应用,它将传统的二维测量提升到了三维测量的高度。
但大量的坐标计算加重了测量人员的工作强度,也影响了全站仪的使用效率。
本人根据?公路工程施工测量?提供的FX-4500程序,利用EXCEL函数与逻辑循环语来计算公路中桩及边桩参数,大大提高了计算的可靠性和速度。
关键词:EXCEL 计算公路中桩公路边桩一、前言在当前的高速公路施工中,全站仪以其高精度、使用简便的特点在施工测量放样中得到广泛的应用。
它的使用还有一个意义,它将测量从传统的二维测量提升到三维测量的高度,使测量效率大为提高。
全站仪使用时需计算大量的坐标,坐标的正确和精度直接关系到测量结果的准确度;另外,对于现场计算的坐标,能否迅速的得出结果也会影响全站仪的使用效率,所以准确、快速的坐标计算也是全站仪使用中的关键一环。
坐标的计算涉及到大量的数据和公式,计算时极易出错。
测量中使用最多、计算最为复杂的是公路中桩、边桩坐标和方位角,其他的施工测量都是以此作为参照,经过简单运算即可得结果。
现测量员普遍采用可编程计算器帮助计算,使用前需根据不同的计算器特性输入程序,计算时根据不同的路段选择不同的程序输入参数,逐个得到坐标或方位角,还得反复校核。
这对于大批量计算来说是一个不小的工程。
现在,电脑在施工单位已得到使用普及,在工程量及数测量数据处理过程中,Office中EXCEL经常是测量技术人员利用的工具。
本人根据本人从2002年至2005年的利用电脑处理测量资料的经历结合EXCEL的强大功能,总结出了用电脑计算公路中桩、左侧、右侧坐标的可行方法,并利用EXCEL的逻辑语句编制了一个小的应用程序。
希望能把测量人员从重复性的劳动中解脱出来。

一个excle模板的制作在当今社会,excle的使用已经是越来越来频繁了,几乎涉及所有的行业,路桥施工也不例外。
我在某路桥公司曾经负责过某项目部的测量工作。
大家都知道,测量最主要的就是计算了,如坐标、高程、横坡度等。
我现在给大家推荐一款我自己编制的关于测量计算的excel模板.首先我会跟大家介绍一下模板的作用,然后再一一讲解此模板的制作过程.首先给大家看一下此模板的界面如下:也许大家咋一看,切~ 这算啥,我也会做这张表格,实在是太简单了.不错,如果仅仅是靠手动输入这样子的数字,也许只要懂一点点excle的人都会制作出这张表格吧。
不过,这张表格并不是你表面所看到的仅仅是几个数字而已,其内在的公式才是它的亮点。
也许这样讲大家还不是很清楚,我继续给大家截个图,看看它里面的公式是什么。
大家注意到上面的公式了吗,并不是仅仅是输入数字就完事的,它是一个自定义函数zb x(),那么后面的都是一样吗?完全正确,后面的都是自定义函数,它们分别是zby()、sqx()、hpz()、hpy()。
也许大家会问,恩,是不错,但是有什么用呢?那让我先给大家简述一下这个自定义函数的用法。
竟然是一个函数,那么它就必须要有一个自变量,这几个函数的自变量又是什么呢?其实这个模板里面所有函数的自变量只有一个,就是桩号。
什么意思?就是只要你给出任意一个桩号,都能得到其对应的坐标、中桩高程和横坡度.假设我们要K38+000~K38+200段落内每隔20M一个断面所有点的坐标、中桩高程、以及左右横坡。
我就用这个模板给大家演示一下(此模板暂时数据只针对黄祁高速公路六标项目部)。
先在桩号那一列把K38+000~K38+200输入进去,可不要真的把字母“K”和加号“+”给输进去,只用输入纯数字就行了,否则计算会出错,之所以在模板里显示的是那样子,只不过是自定义的单元格式而已。
第二步剩下的仅仅就是拖动公式了,后面的都是公式,所以可以一起拖下来,先选定后面的所有单元格,然后向下直接拖动至最后,那么你需要的数据就全部出来了。

2.行车道和硬路肩超高,土路肩不超高。
3.图中所示符号∶Ls--缓和曲线长,Lc--超高过渡段长;X0--与路拱同坡的单向超高点至超高过渡段起点的距离,I1--路拱横坡度;X--过渡段上任意点至超高过渡段起点的距离,I0--路肩横坡度;Ib--弯道超高横坡度,hc--路基外缘最大抬高值,h″c--路基内缘最大降低值;h″cx--x点路基内缘降低值,hcx--x点路基外缘抬高值.4.超高方式:圆曲线为全超高路段,超高过渡段长度(LC)从缓圆点(HY)往直缓点(ZH)或从圆缓点(YH)往缓直点(HZ)点计算。
先按超高渐变率p=1/330算出超高过渡段长度Lc,若Lc<Ls,则超高渐变率p=1/330。
若算出的Lc>Ls,则取Lc=Ls,超高过渡段长度等于缓和曲线长度。
5.图中尺寸均以厘米为单位,适用于设计时速V=80Km/h。
备注:正常路拱横坡(即直线段)为-2%;横坡计算按硬路肩比路缘带低为负。
一、整体式路基:图上为一左转直线到圆曲线的超高方式图。
半径为800m,缓和曲线长250m。
读图可得:R=800m,所以Ib弯道超高横坡度=4%;左转曲线,则黑线表示右幅,红线表示左幅;红点为直缓点;黑点为右幅超高起点;黄点为左幅超高起点;蓝点为缓圆点。
R=800,那么Lc=205<Ls=250.则:红点与黑点距离为:Ls-Lc=45m;黄点到蓝点距离为TX:(lb-|i左|)/(lb+|i右|)*Lc=(4-2)/(4+2)*205=68.333m; 黑点到黄点距离(与路拱同坡的单向超高点至超高过渡段起点):X0=Lc-68.333=136.667m 。

EXCEL进行中桩坐标、高程计算
用EXCEL进行中桩坐标、高程计算(铜汤高速第一合同段)测量计算、平差软件种类繁多,但无论什么软件都不能包罗万象,无法满足众多数据处理的需要,即使某种计算软件的功能非常齐全,但此类软件一般都是针对性开发的,而像小件坐标计算,例如承台坐标,则显得非常烦琐。
本文结合本项目介绍了应用EXCEL进行测量计算的方法和思路,并提供了一些常用的计算公式。
1、 EXCEL基本计算方法打开EXCEL后显示的表格,将相关数据依次输入到相应的表格上中。
当原始数据输入完毕后,再在需要显示结果的相应单元格内输入计算公式,EXCEL则会按照公式自动计算出结果,下面以两点坐标计算距离为例,简单说明下:第一步:在相应位置输入表头、序号、坐标后,图示1所示。
第二步在显示距离格内输入计算公式=SQRT((B4-D4)^2+(C4-E4)^2)并按回车,距离的结算结果就显示出来。
2、在测量计算中,最常见的是三角函数的处理。
EXCEL中备用的三角函数很齐全,但计算中是以弧度为单位来处理的,在计算中角度(度、分、秒)需要转换成弧度后,即可进行三角函数的计算了。
3、结合本项目分别介绍了直线、圆曲线、竖曲线的计算事例铜汤高速公路第一合同段,起点里程K78+060.618,终点里程K82+825,全长4764.4米,其中包括朱家畈大桥,水桥湖一桥、二桥三座桥梁。
全线平面首尾为直线段,中间由三段圆曲线连接,(后附全线平面图),计算原始数据取自设计文件第一册《直线、曲线及转角表》(图号为S3-4);全线包括6段竖曲线,其中凹、凸曲线各3段,计算原始数据采用设计文件第一册《路线纵断面图》(图号为S3-3)。
在表格中,桩号栏中的ZJF8、SQA7、SQB6分别代表朱家畈大桥8号墩中心,水桥湖一桥7号墩中心和水桥湖二桥6号墩中心。
坐标和高程的单位均为m,角度单位为弧度。

EXCEL2010工程应用实例之标高计算系统
标高计算系统刘炳仓标高计算是在公路工程中属于测量方面的工作,这个工作并不难,但是比较麻烦,计算某一个里程的标高,只要查出相关参数,计算标高就不会出现什么问题,但是每次要去查出相关参数在工作程序上是比较烦人的,时间久了出现问题是不可避免的。
在公路施工过程中,测量工作在标高方面出现的问题并不少见,这对工程进度和成本都造成损失,为了减少这一错误,本人编写了《标高计算》表进行处理工作上的问题。
使用标高计算之前,首先把图纸中的相关竖曲线参数输入到《竖曲线参数》表中,检查无误后保存,在以后的工作中,要计算某一个里程的标高,只在《标高计算》表中输入计算里程,中桩的设计标高自动计算出来,当然这个标高是设计的路面高程。
知道了这个高程,同一点的其它高程那就是简单的加减工作了。
要说明的是本计算表不能对设计中出现的长短链进行自动处理,这需要在计算的时候手工处理。
设计这个表格之前,让我们先看看竖曲线的两个计算公式:直线段计算公式:H=i∗l1−lq+ℎ1;抛物线的计算公式:H=−l1−lq22R+l1−lq∗i+ℎ1;注:H为需要计算点的高程;i为坡度;l1为计算点里程;lq为竖曲线(直线)起点里程;h1为起点高程;R为竖线参数。
2.1、竖曲线参数(标签名:竖曲线参数)本表为竖曲线参数输入表,计算一个线段的标高之前,首先要输入这一段的参数,参数输入好之后,在《标高计算》表中就可以进行标高计算。
这个表中从A列到G列的参数是用户输入的,输入时要注意参数的输入格式:1、【曲线起点坡度】栏:上坡为正,下坡为负。
2、【切线长或直线长度】栏:起始点必需为直线,起始单元格数据是从起点到抛物线起点的直线长度。
3、【切线长或直线长度】栏:起始点以后的单元格填写的内容为抛物线的切线长度,直线对应的单元格不填数据。
4、在曲线类型栏内输入参数时,必需是“直线→抛物线→直线→抛物线→……”这种循环方式填写,即使是两条抛物线相接,它们中间也要插入直线段,插入的这条直线的长度为“0”,如果是两条不同坡度的直线相接,中间也要插入一条抛物线,抛物线的长度也为“0”;5、线型结束点的曲线半径填写值为“1”,切线长或直线长度栏填写值为“0”。

超高设计需要考虑实测路面与轮胎之间的摩擦系数范围,还要考虑司乘人员在行驶中所能忍受的横向力系数的大小和舒适程度
经过对43个观测点的测试,极限横向摩阻系数均在
0.3以上
计算圆曲线最小半径极限值采用的横向力系数在0.1-0.17之间,占极限横向摩阻系数比例较小,安全度较高,基本上可以避免横向滑移的危险。
计算圆曲线最小半径一般值采用的横向力系数在0.05-0.06之间,
计算不设超高圆曲线最小半径一般值采用的横向力系数在0.035(横坡1.5%)-0.04(横坡2.0%),
市政规范设超高推荐半径u =0.067
速度v采用运行速度,取设计车速的70%-90%,高速路取低值,低速路取高值超高取值可以考虑,完全由超高值抵消离心力(个人理解条文说明)。
