1. 柔性版印刷是使用柔性印版，通过网纹 辊传递油墨的印刷方式。

柔印具有环保、印刷颜色饱和度高、印 刷范围广、印刷效率高等优点。
3. 由于不断采用新的印刷技术，柔印已发 展成为一种成熟的印刷工艺，特别在包 装行业中，柔印已占据主导地位。目前， 在各种印刷方式中，柔印比例占据28%， 胶印占45%。预计未来几年内，柔印的比 例将达到33%以上。

1. 由于柔印机墨路短，在保证传墨均匀和稳定 时，网纹辊是至关重要的。
2. 网纹辊起着向印版上图文部分定量均匀传递 其所需油墨的作用。高速印刷时，还可防止 油墨飞溅。
3. 网穴是指网纹辊表面所雕刻的形状一致，分 布均匀的微小凹孔，也叫着墨孔。
