以考生在写作时要注意针对不同场合使用不同语言，使交流 得以进行。另外，考生也要注意不同的应用文有不同的用语。 建议考生对某些应用文的格式和习惯用语，应该加以熟悉和 背诵，以便运用自如。
考生在考试时注意在看到题目要求后不要忙于动
笔，虽说小作文的字数充其量在一百多个单词，但 是依旧要在脑子里理清思路。最好能够在仔细审题 以后，认真列个提纲，这样更有利于思路清晰。写 作时，注意表达清楚以下几个方面：首先交代清楚 写信目的；其次为了让阅卷者对你的文章结构及表 意一目了然，注意关联词或衔接词的运用；接下来， 应该对个人的观点进行阐述 (在写作有此必要的时 候 )。最后，行文间要注意简化描述，用简短的语 句代替冗长的语句。在作文完成的时候，应该检查、 修改，以免遗漏一些需要表达清楚的要点和细节。
第四档(7～8)分：较好地完成了试题规定的
任务。包含所有内容要点，允许漏掉一两个 要点;使用较丰富的语法结构和词汇;语言基本 准确，允许有个别错误;采用了恰当的衔接手 法，层次清晰;格式与语域较恰当。
第三档(5～6)分：虽漏掉一些内容，但包含
多数内容要点;应用的语言和词汇结构能满足 任务的要求;有一些语法及词汇错误，但不影 响理解;采用了简单的衔接手法，内容连惯;格 式与语域基本合理。
2007年小作文仍旧是信函写作，从内容上看是一封建议 信，写作思路与05、06年相同。 2008小作文与2005年一样，写一封道歉信。因此写作格 式与思路相同，只需把主体部分内容进行改变。2008年的 道歉信主体部分主要涵盖两大要点：

责任心何其重要（四）
没有责任感，就没有执行力。负责是每个人应有的品质，每一个员工任 何时候都要对工作负责，对团队负责就是对自己负责，服从是执行的基 石，不要怕承担责任而不敢做，负责是要用生命去做的事。
没有责任感，就不会主动承担责任。员工的态度应该是“扯皮到此为 止！”停止抱怨，想想怎样执行！而指责别人最该受到谴责，要敢于说： “这是我的错！”企业只有明确责任，员工才会更好地承担责任。
这个寓言告诉我们这样一个道理：一个没有责任意识，不忠于自己工作，不 把自己当成单位主人的员工，是绝对不会得到领导、同事的信任和尊重的， 并且还会因此而伤害自己。因此，在任何情况下，我们都必须敢于承担责任、 关心单位，把自己当成单位的主人。
如果一个人没有责任感，即使他有再大的能力也是空谈； 而当一个人有了责任感，他就有了激情、有了忠诚、有了 奉献、有了执行力……他的生命就会闪光，他就能在工作 中激发自己最大的潜能
责任心何其重要（三）
有责任意识的人，无论处在什么职位，什么岗位，都能自觉的意 识到自己所担负的责任。有了自觉的责任意识之后，才会产生积 极、圆满的工作效果。没有责任意识和不能承担责任的人，不可 能成为优秀的员工。责任是干好工作的前提。
责任心源于对工作的热情。一个人对工作有热情，心里就会有很 强的责任感，这是事业成功的前提。对于领导者来说，要做到知 人善任，使其最大限度的发挥才能，最大限度的调动其工作积极 性；对于一般人来说，职业一旦确定，就应该自觉的去培养这种 对工作的热情和责任。
“不论哪口井，应该都是可以挖到水的，只是存在水量多少、付出努力多 少的不同而已。找到自己最想挖的那口井，认真地坚持下去，若挖到的水 很多，当然可喜，挖到的水少也不会后悔，因为这个过程是让自己高兴 的。”他的回答得到了考官们的一致认可，并获得了进入下一轮面试的资 格。
其实，这两种挖井的方法并无绝对的错对之分，但频繁变换有见异思迁之 嫌，而死认一处又有些过迂，这其实可以折射出应聘者对工作的态度。李 其刚的回答表明他是个懂得规划的人，找到合适的工作，认准了一件事， 应该可以稳定下来直到做出成就。而企业发展，需要的就是这种做事有计 划、有恒心的人才。
没有责任感，就没有工作绩效。真正负责就是主动去做需要做的事；主 动沟通比一味执行更具有责任感；尽职尽责才会尽善尽美；信守承诺才 能信守责任；有时候，质疑也是一种责任。责任无小事。
责任感是执行力之源。责任激励创新，责任铸就坚韧，责任启动思考， 责任点燃激情，责任鞭策学习。
责任心要靠意识来维持，但要通过行动来体 现；责任心要靠感情做支撑，但要通过事实 来说明。
